Monitor the complexity and correlation QAR data is the key point of aircraft Early Warning. By particular analyzing the national and international status, and the disadvantages of our country in aircraft early warning fields, design the framework of the aircraft fault early warning system and finish the function requirement analyze. Establish the aircraft Early Warning system which is intelligent and modularized.On the basis of function requirement and the framework of the aircraft fault early warning system, finish the design of the whole system. Meanwhile design the XML schema for data interaction between different aircraft monitor system. Base on the requirement of the aircraft fault early warning system design the chart control.On the basis of analyzing the newly time sequence research achievement nowadays, integrating the large amount of QAR data and the experimental expert knowledge in aircraft early warning field. At the same time, the time sequence similarity-matching model of the QAR data is presented, and then it is implemented through several correlative experimental simulations. Based on the sequence similarity-matching model, it is used in aircraft fault early warning system. Finally, the experimental result has found its satisfactory way out by using the proposed algorithm to support aircraft fault early warning.
