| Horizontal shifting mechanical stereo garage is one of the mechanical stereo garages, which can provide enough parking space under the condition of efficient utilization of land resources.Stereo garage can save time and energy for users to find parking space. This paper takes a 12-floor horizontal shifting mechanical stereo garage as the research object, proposes a solution to optimize the allocation of parking spaces in the garage to improve the efficiency of the garage equipment, reduce the waiting time of users’ access cars, and completes the development of the garage control system. The research work of this paper includes four parts: design of electrical control scheme of equipment, analysis of garage scheduling problem based on ant colony algorithm, design of optimal parking space allocation scheme and experimental verification. In the design of electrical control scheme of equipment, the key problems such as positioning accuracy and action flow are mainly aimed at.Through comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the scheme, reading technical literature and adjusting according to the actual situation, the economic and effective control scheme is put forward, and the advantages of the scheme are demonstrated. In the parking garage scheduling problem, combining the advantages and limitations of existing optimization algorithms to solve similar problems, using the heuristic search and pheromone feedback mechanism of ant colony algorithm for reference, this paper proposes a method to evaluate the priority of parking allocation, and proposes and optimizes the parking allocation strategy according to the results and the actual situation.Based on the allocation strategy, this paper proposes a method to realize the strategy function on Siemens PLC through SCL programming language, and verifies the feasibility of the program by using the PLCSIM module of TIA PORTAL software. Finally,by comparing other schemes and combining the results of simulation experiment, the rationality and feasibility of the optimal scheme of parking allocation are demonstrated... |
