Study On The Horizontal Cyclic Basket Type Stereo Garage Control System

With the continuous development of the automobile industry,there is a serious imbalance between the supply and demand of parking Spaces in many places,and the problem of "one parking space is hard to find" has become a problem for many people.In order to solve the problem of "difficult parking",this paper studies a set of access car control system scheme of horizontal circulation basket type stereo garage as the research object to build an experimental model for verification.Firstly,through the optimization design of the non-interference condition of the hanging basket movement,MATLAB software is used to design and study the structural framework of the horizontal circulation hanging basket stereo garage,which is convenient to provide reference for building the experimental model.Secondly,based on the queuing theory in stock car peak,peak time of access number and pick up respectively to access strategy for three kinds of car access scheme（save the car first,interleaved,in situ waiting）design research,using MATLAB software to access the car under different strategies process modeling and simulation analysis of three-dimensional garage optimal access strategies are obtained.Finally,through the host configuration design and combined with OMRON CP1E-N40 programmable controller PLC programming design based on Opencv-Python access vehicle control system for personnel intrusion detection,through the establishment of a horizontal cycle basket type stereo garage experimental model to verify the choice of access vehicle strategy,obtained in the peak storage time,Interleaved strategy is superior to save the car first and in situ waiting strategy,and under the condition of the other two,in situ waiting strategy is superior to save the car first and interleaved conclusion,choose a better access for stereo garage car control system,implementation of stereo garage efficient,convenient,safety design.
