With the development of China’s economy,science and technology and the improvement of people’s living standards,the pig industry has also developed significantly,and the pigsty construction has also changed。Due to the problems of high cost,high energy consumption and serious waste of resources,the traditional piggery in China is not suitable for the development of livestock and poultry breeding industry,so the research on the construction of ecological piggery conforms to the development trend of China’s breeding industry.The design and research of ecological pigsty can not only realize the energy conservation of the building,but also reduce the waste of resources,which meets the requirements of sustainable development.Combined with the climate characteristics of Taiyuan,Shanxi,applying theories and technologies of agricultural biological environmental principles,agricultural biological environmental engineering,fluid mechanics,engineering mechanics,Carry out research on the structure design and environmental control system of the ecological pig house,and complete the design of the ecological pig house in Taiyuan.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the data and practical investigation,this paper analyzes the basic structure and existing problems of pigsty in China,and according to the growth characteristics and environmental requirements of pigs。Designed a pigsty building of 500 fattening pigs with a length of 47.4m and a span of 20 m,as well as a flat layout,completed the construction design of the pig house and selected color steel composite panels as the outer protective structure material.(2)Consult the data,study the influence of temperature,humidity,air flow and other environmental factors on the growth and production of fattening pigs,and clarify the ventilation requirements of fattening pig houses。Then,the environmental control system was designed to determine the number of fans needed for ventilation.(3)In this paper,the optimization objects of pigsty building modeling mainly include window height,roof slope and wall height,Design different modeling schemes,and use Ecotect to analyze the thermal environment of pig house,the results show that the optimum design is that the height of windowsill is 1.2m,the slope of roof is 5.7 ° and the height of wall is 2.7m.This design can satisfy the long-term growth environment of pigs without mechanical means.
