Study On Public Satisfaction Evaluation Of Forest City Construction In Zhongshan City,Guangdong Province

National forest city is a city whose construction indexes have reached the standards stipulated by the state and been approved by the competent forestry authorities.The establishment of national forest city is a process of improving urban ecological environment,promoting the coordination between human and nature,and meeting the needs of social development through urban forest construction,so as to improve people’s well-being,urban landscape quality and livability.Urban residents are the direct beneficiaries of the creation of national forest cities,and residents’ satisfaction is the scientific evaluation of the creation effect.Based on Zhongshan city in Guangdong province as an example,this paper combined with the theory of forest ecology,landscape ecology and aesthetics,in combing the domestic and foreign relevant urban forest construction and public satisfaction,on the basis of related theories and literature was established in Zhongshan city forest construction of the public satisfaction evaluation system,through field investigation,questionnaire survey and other research methods,comprehensive analysis of the Zhongshan city forest construction of the public satisfaction,get the following conclusion:(1)In combination with the forest city evaluation index and relevant theories of public satisfaction evaluation,this paper establishes the evaluation system of public satisfaction in Zhongshan city,which is composed of four criteria,namely,forestry construction,forest quality,social service and environmental benefit.Among them,"forestry construction" includes five indexes: forest area,green space quantity,road greening,water bank greening,three-dimensional greening and tree growth."Forest quality" includes five indexes: arbor,shrub and grass configuration,plant color richness,and harmonious coordination of plant collocation."Social service" includes five indexes: popular science propaganda,management system,ecological recreation place,ecological education infrastructure and environmental health facilities."Environmental benefit" includes three indicators: noise reduction,air quality improvement and water quality improvement.(2)With the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the satisfaction evaluation score of Zhongshan forest city construction is 3.826,which is basically satisfactory.The satisfaction score of forest quality(3.939)was the highest.Secondly,forestry construction satisfaction score(3.858)and social service satisfaction score(3.790);The satisfaction score for environmental benefit(3.641)was the lowest.(3)According to the questionnaire statistics and field survey results,it is believed that there are some problems in the forest city construction of Zhongshan city,such as less three-dimensional greening,insufficient science popularization,noise reduction and water quality improvement to be improved,and public satisfaction in the suburbs is lower than that in the urban area.(4)In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some strategies,such as strengthening three-dimensional greening,increasing science popularization,paying attention to the overall improvement of environmental quality,and increasing suburban forest city construction.
