Research Of The Timber Framing Suspended Crossed Beam Covered By Bamboo And Its Floor Construction

The green rural architecture research institute of Kunming University of Science and Technology carries out research on prefabricated bamboo building.In 2016,the vertical structure in the prefabricated bamboo building--bamboo prefabricated bamboo wallboard has been made.This paper will study the horizontal structure in the prefabricated bamboo building--floor system.Today’s most widely used joist technology: metal joists,log joists and engineering wood joists,metal joists larger steel consumption;Log joists need the whole wood as raw materials for processing,wood consumption is larger;Engineering wood joists require deep processing to complete,not conducive to local materials.China is relatively rich in bamboo resources,and bamboo is a perennial plant,growing fast,more than a year of cutting,bamboo as a renewable resource should be fully used.Based on the force analysis and material characteristic analysis of the floor joist,the concept of the timber framing suspended crossed beam covered by bamboo is put forward.The author makes bending tests on the floor joist models,analyzing and summarizing the experimental phenomena and data,to present a theory of the decreased coefficient of rigidity.Observing the test phenomenon and analyzing the calculated results with the decreased coefficient of rigidity,it is determined that the timber framing suspended crossed beam covered by bamboo can be put into use.The floor system with this floor joists,including: floor layer structure,waterproof structure,fire structure and sound insulation structure,has been designed in this paper.The seismic behavior of a full-size bamboo-wood structure with this floor joists system is researched.To analyze the phenomena during the test,now more than ever the author thinks that the safety of the timber framing suspended crossed beam covered by bamboo was confirmed in the practical engineering application.
