Research On Rapid Construction Of Modern Rammed Earth Technology In Poor Rural Areas

Review the construction methods and technical applications of rammed earth buildings in rural.And the fact that the limited investment leads to the low construct rapidity of rammed earth in rural areas.It is of great significance to solve the problem of limited application in poor rural areas with upgrade and localization technology.Based on the resident needs and the current construction process in China rural place,this thesis determines the technical research standards for basic construction needs and construction issues.Through the investigation of domestic representative rammed earth technology and related experience in rural,the research direction of rammed earth rapid construction technology has been found,which is divided into workload optimization and rapidity acceleration.In the design of soil ratio,the soils are divided into three categories through different soil research of rural areas.Based on the soil modification theory and experience,the examination and ratio are given for each type of soil.The house design combined with the characteristics and convenience to reduce construction quantities.According to the construct characteristics of rammed earth,the main construction of process and method are introduced.For the construction of the rammed earth,through the comparison of the tools in the construction,a set of tools system to improve the construction rapidity is proposed.The work line has been introduced,and one rammed earth line is arranged through construction management.Through thesis technology application for the actual project,as well as safety and economy,the effectiveness and feasibility of the technology by comparing the construction efficiency of completed projects are confirmed.
