| This article mainly studied Industry 4.0 implementation applied in large manufacture group.At moment the economics of China go down in button area and slightly rise,meanwhile Industry of German coming better and better,especially passenger car sales for the first time exceeded 20 million in 2015,but compare the past 2 years,the growth rate slowed down,it is 9.6%.Auto market in 2016 is expected to continue to slow growth,rising by about 5% to 7%,sales volume about 21.5 million.Due to the vehicle sales slowed,auto parts industry needs to constantly reduce costs to adapt to the new trend.In April 2013,the German government officially put forward the Industry 4.0 strategy in HANNOVER MESSE,the purpose is to ensure the future competitiveness of the German manufacturing industry and lead the industry development trend through the combination of the CPS and factory.As the world’s largest automotive technology supplier,has a unique positioning in the Industry 4.0,exploration Industry 4.0 solutions in Group R and also a leader in providing solutions to the other company.As a leading practitioner,Group R test the Industry 4.0 solution in more than 250 plant worldwide,as a leading supplier,Group R do R&D for Industry 4.0 and provide automation products,sensors,software and service to the other company.Group R China as a company with a large number of core technology,involves automotive technology,industrial technology,consumer goods,energy,construction technology etc.Especially in the field of automotive technology has a hundred years of development history and has keep a stable and healthy growth,but facing the complicated market environment,also have to through the new technology and process to keep the leading position in the market.Industry 4.0 will build the network base on the industry value chain,in this network,machine,warehouse management system,and manufacturing facilities have been placed on the same platform and combine together as CPS.In the production environment,the intelligent machines,warehouse management system and manufacturing facilities working together,realize information exchange,trigger process and automatic control etc.From supplier to customer,Industry 4.0 will combine human,machine,material together in the same value chain.From the beginning of 2014,Group R China started research and pilot project of Industry 4.0 for the six independent subsidiaries of Automotive Technology Division,based on successful experience in German Homburg factory and consider the complex situation in Group R China factory,Group R China follow headquarters’ guidelines to research and deployment Industry 4.0-RFID project in China to optimize current process.In chapter one,it demonstrates research purpose,significance,research methods and research contents.It describes the objective of this article use Industry 4.0-RFID technology and integration with existing ERP system to solve R Group China warehouse management problems in order to improve the competitiveness of R group China.In the second chapter,reviews the development of the three industrial revolutions in human history,which leads to the theory of Industry 4.0.At the same time,introduce the generate process of Industry 4.0 and concept,found RFID technology is very important for the Industry 4.0 process.Then introduces the theory,advantages and the usage of RFID in auto parts industry,especially use RFID technology in the warehouse management process is very effective.Finally,demonstrate warehouse management and lean theory,it is pointed out that RFID technology is the necessary method to improve the lean management of warehouse.In the third chapter,introduces the current situation of warehouse management and information system in R group,and analyzes the main problems existing in the process of warehouse management: take a long time in stock taking,scanning efficiency is low,the data update is not real time,etc.In chapter four,using SWOT to analysis the various factors of RFID implementation,and then determine the scope of the project and the implementation process of the specific process.In fifth chapter,based on the implementation of the fourth chapter,puts forward the continuous improvement and the application of RFID in the other field.In chapter six,summarizes the article and proposed future prospects.This program integration with current SAP system and scan process to implemented Industry 4.0-RFID project to optimize the process in warehouse and production line,on the basis of works in factory do not need change current process too much to improve operation efficiency and realize the data and SAP system in real-time synchronization.The new technology to make the factory stock fell by 30%,production efficiency increased by 10%,thus saving cost up to ten million Euros,enhance R Group China Automotive Division’s competitiveness in the market. |
