| The ultra-high pressure gauge usually need to load a mass of heavy weights,however,the manual method is not feasible in practice.And the semi-auto ones also need lots of manual work which cause the uncertainty.With the research on pressure reference by experiment,we designed an under-hanging weights auto-loading system.In this system,a microcontroller is used to control the system,via a displacement-angular conversion mechanism to convert the mass’ s vertical displacement into the angle change.Then it detecting the position of the weights and outputs a pulse signal,so that it can measuring the pulse associated with a weight displacement encoder.Next,we use MSC51 microcontroller technology,it can make the pulse convert into the weight’s actual displacement.Using the pumping stations to drive the rise and fall of weights,so the weight can reach the position actually required.Finally,we use the RS232 communication technology and measurement and control system is connected to a pressure gauge directly,so as to achieve the direct control of the number of actual load weight and precise object automatically load weights.The automatic mass’ handling system in this paper has been used in ultra-high pressure national standard.It has solved the following problems: the mass’ automatic handling and controlling,the real-time monitoring of the mass’ loading process,reducing the difficulty of the mass’ manual controlling,improving the accuracy of mass’ control,simplifying the program and highly automatized the pressure gage.The research described in this paper is also applicable for the Mid/Low pressure gage’s automatic mass’ handling system.The displacement-angular conversion mechanism and the phase sequence technology has applied for a patent. |
