| With the development of information technology and industry,the demand for energy is increasing in both household and industrial fields,especially in electricity power.China is a big consumer of electrical energy,most of the use of coal as a power generation led by fossil energy sources.But with the increasing depletion of coal resources,capital,and with the increase in the cost of electricity coal price increases brought about by the economic benefits resulting thermal hair getting lower and lower.So the country is to develop new energy sources.Among them,nuclear power as a new energy in power generation,economic and reliable technology has become to be very suitable for the development of new energy power generation.So in the"Energy Development Strategy Action Plan(2014-2020)",by 2020,nuclear power installed capacity to reach 58 million kilowatts,in the construction capacity to reach 30 million kilowatts or more,nuclear power accounted for 8% of the total.This is not a small challenge for the nuclear power industry.And the requirements of the new nuclear power plant are not only in the capacity of the single unit assembly and nuclear power technology to achieve a new height.Because only the large capacity of nuclear power units will ensure the economic benefits of power generation,only safe and reliable nuclear power units will ensure the safety of the public electricity and life.Existing in the construction and planning of large-scale commercial nuclear power plant in 3rd generation nuclear power plant is the most advanced technology.Currently under construction or proposed third-generation nuclear power plants are the United States Westinghouse’s AP1000 nuclear power plant,the French company AREVA’s EPR1000 nuclear power plant,the SNPTC’s CAP1400 and CNNC’s Hualong One.These 3rd generation nuclear power plants in terms of economic efficiency or safety are superior to the currently running domestic 2nd generation and 2nd+ generation nuclear power plant.So the 3rd generation nuclear power plant is the main development object of the country in the future.Because of the safety of the nuclear power plant,which will cause a great impact on the public,the safety and reliability of nuclear power plant has become the focus of attention of the industry and the public.It is about the process equipment and their control system.This paper pays attention to the reliability of 3rd generation nuclear power plant,and analyzes the reliability of one type of nuclear power plant in the technology of 3rd generation nuclear power plant as the breakthrough point.Starting from the full text of the reliability of theoretical knowledge,focus will be applied to the reliability analysis system knowledge extended derivation.The paper focuses on the reliability of the most basic concepts:reliability,availability,described the series system and parallel system reliability and availability of the modeling process,a detailed calculation of the parameters of the model,provides the theory basis for the follow-up system modeling.After that,this paper introduces the object of analysis:this type nuclear power plant and its control system,the specific description of the nuclear power plant control system functions,characteristics,architecture,etc.The purpose of this paper is to provide a basis for the reliability analysis of the system,so that the modeling process is always based on the architecture and function of the system.And the reliability model is more real and closer to the system.After the completion of the process,this paper introduces in detail the process of control system modeling,including bottom-up modeling thoughts,basic unit modeling and model of the system is composed of the basic unit construction method.The complexity of the nuclear power plant control system in the reliability of the point of view of a certain simplification,make the structure of the model is relatively simple and the model is closer to the model object.Finally,the paper presents the work carried out and innovations in this article.as well as follow-up study could undertake,including the use of different parameters on the base unit after modeling system model.And made some personal observations on acceptance and validation of the design objects and other aspects of reliability indexes. |
