Chusui DC transmission line was put into operation in June 2009.It is the world’s first ±800k V DC transmission line designed and developed by China.It starts from Yunnan in the west and goes to Guangdong in the east.It is a backbone connecting the entire southern power grid.The line has also been the number one risk line of the Southern Power Grid.Chusui HVDC transmission line has the characteristics of high operating voltage,large transmission capacity,large transmission line span,complex terrain and large amount of insulators.Its transmission status is very high and its patrol line is very difficulty.The quality of the insulators operating state has a great impact on the transmission system.Since the commissioning of Chusui DC,there has been no systematic research of line insulators and evaluation of operating conditions.The corrosion of disc-shaped suspension insulator steel feet has not been effectively paid attention to and evaluated.The overall operation of the whole line insulators is not analyze effectively.Based on the above research status,this paper relies on the China Southern Power Grid science and technology project-"±800k V Chusui DC line insulator operational state comprehensive evaluation research" to carry out related research work,including: Establishment of evaluation index system for insulator operation status,the evaluation of the operation status of insulators based on weight fusion,the evaluation of the operation status of insulators based on equivalent conversion.At the same time,we have developed corresponding software to make the research results of this paper more practical.This paper mainly has the following research contents:This paper introduces the use and operation of the insulators of Chusui DC transmission line,and draws up the sampling inspection plan with reference to relevant national standards,industry standards and enterprise standards,and establishes an operational status evaluation index system.For the ceramic,glass and composite insulators taken from the Chusui DC transmission line,performance tests were carried out,and the test results were analyzed to obtain the state index values.This paper comprehensively compares the advantages and disadvantages of many different types of subjective and objective evaluation and weight fusion methods.The analytic hierarchy process and entropy method are combined and the game theory is used to combine the two.And an evaluation model of the operating state of the insulator based on weight fusion is built.Based on the obtained state indicator values,the insulator operating state is evaluated and the evaluation effect is analyzed,and the corresponding software module is developed based on this.The operating state of the insulator is evaluated in conjunction with the obtained state indicator values and the evaluation results are analyzed.Based on the above research results,the corresponding software modules were developed.In this paper,the corresponding relationship between corrosion of insulator steel foot and environmental,meteorological and electromechanical characteristics of Chusui HVDC transmission line is studied,and the corrosion mechanism is analyzed.Accelerated corrosion test research is carried out under laboratory conditions,and the operating state of the insulator is evaluated in combination with the equivalent conversion method.Based on the above research results,the corresponding software modules were developed.According to the research results of this paper,the operating state of the transmission line insulators can be accurately evaluated,which provides guidance and reference for the operation and maintenance sampling inspection of transmission lines,and has high theoretical research and engineering application value.
