The most harmful and most common in the construction of roads and railways is water damage.Infiltration of water will cause grass-roots softening,reduce strength,and thus induce more serious damage to the surface layer.These harms will be reflected as overpass bridge water seepage,pavement peeling,and bridge deck broken and so on.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to attach importance to the waterproofing of bridge deck and study the waterproof system of bridge decks.In view of the existing problems of bridge waterproof design,construction and materials,based on the two concepts of "designability of basic materials" and "variability of structural design",this research puts forward the technical conception of integrated production and construction of bridge deck waterproofing membrane,aiming at improving waterproofing effect,improving construction efficiency and solving the problem of waterproof of bridge deck.In this paper,a new type of waterproof roll material is designed and manufactured according to the structure characteristics and performance change law of the coating material formula on the current production line.The product can not only meet the performance index of the coating material,but also be used as the impregnating material.It solves the problem of separate preparation of the traditional roll material impregnating material and the coating material.The comparison test before and after the polyester tire immersion and extrusion process shows that the integrated production and construction technology can be directly scraped or sprayed during the construction process without the extrusion process.The results of coil secondary hot-melting show that the technical indexes before and after hot-melting are stable and meet the requirements of production and construction by using the integrated production and construction technology.The interfacial bond test shows that the bond strength of the material obtained by the integrated production and construction technology is obviously superior to that of the traditional coil material,and the bond strength between the material and the base course is improved,thus the waterproof effect of the material is significantly improved.By comparing the tensile force,elongation,heat resistance,low temperature performance and cement bond strength before and after hot melting of traditional coil and production-construction integration coil,it is found that the indexes before and after construction of production-construction integration technology are relatively stable.However,the indexes of traditional coil process change greatly before and after hot melting,especially the unqualified phenomena of heat resistance and low temperature performance.The operability of the integrated production and construction technology was verified by production,and the Institute of Iron & Steel was entrusted to inspect all the indexes of "Technical Conditions for Railway Concrete Bridge Floor Waterproof Layer".The test results were qualified.We found the optimum formula to be100# asphalt 25%,10# asphalt 25%,S-SBR 5%,C50 15%,HPT 0.5%,891 6%,SBR 6%,third line oil 8%.
