With the rapid development of industry and science and technology,the scale of the power grid is larger,the structure is more complex and the voltage level is higher,which makes the incidence of electrical misoperation events more and more high in the high voltage switchgear,causing equipment damage,factory shutdown,power grid interruption and even endangering life.At present,the traditional early-warning device in the high-voltage switchgear is simple in structure and has single early-warning means and mostly uses the neon lamp,which is difficult to distinguish in the high intensity of light,and can not feed back the situation in the switchgear to the general console in real time,which causes the misoperation accidents to occur frequently.Therefore,it is very important to design a multi-function early-warning system with on-line and real-time detection.A new early warning system for safety operation in high voltage switchgear is designed in this paper.The system is composed of the alarm device of the lower machine and the upper computer server.On the basis of realizing the warning function of electric display,the early warning device is equipped with the built-in"C/OS" operating system,which facilitates the upgrading of the device in the future.At the same time,the communication between the lower unit early warning device and the server based on the IEC60870-5-103 protocol(hereinafter referred to as the 103 protocol)is realized.This paper first introduces the operation process of the whole early warning system,introduces the hardware and function analysis of the early warning device,and then develops the functions of sampling,ranging,alarm and uploading server according to the function of the early warning system.The device can display the running status and early warning information in real time through the LED lamp.The ultrasonic module is used to range and determine the switch state of the switchgear cabinet.The voice module sends the voice alarm to the operator,and the real-time information is uploaded to the server in the form of 103 messages through the serial module or the Ethernet module.In this paper,we studied the 103 protocol and the Ethernet 103 protocol specified by NARI RELAYS deeply,and have mastered the data structure and communication flow of the protocol.Combined with the work requirement of the early-warning system,some functions of the 103 protocol are selected to form the communication protocol of this early-warning system,and the organization and transmission of the protocol message between the device and the server are realized.In order to efficiently and steadily run the real-time monitoring device,the host computer server software based on MFC is designed in this system.The design and implementation of software is mainly divided into the construction of serial server and the establishment of network server.The serial port server has designed both manual and polling modes.The network server is developed using TCP transport control protocol.The serial port&network server software has written strictly according to the 103 protocol and realized the basic functions of the 103 protocol master station.Both communication modes can be used to communicate with the slave computer from one to one,one to many,and be used for text parsing and displaying of the 103 message sent and received.At last,the early-warning system has carried out the strict experiment test and the field debugging operation.The device is timely and accurate in the high temperature and long time working environment,the communication is real-time and efficient,each module runs stably,the server software runs normally,and the stability and durability of the system meet the design requirements. |
