Since China’s accession to the WTO, the economic develops with high speed,and science and technology also develop rapidly. But for modern enterprisesparticipants in economic construction, the challenge they faces is becominggreater and greater. Modern logistics as an important factor to enhance thecompetitiveness of their products has been paid more attention. Moreover, themost important factor affect the modern logistics efficiency is highly automatedstacker in automatic warehousing systemThe paper mainly studies the warehousing entry process in warehousingsystem of stacker, based on practical investigation of warehousing system forlogistics enterprise and theory knowledge. Firstly, this article describe the Petrinet and knowledge related discrete event in detail regarding the characteristic ofstacker, demonstrates that the objects studied in the text is the typical discreteevent system which can be made analytical study based on the knowledge relatedto Petri net and also can offers basic theory for modeling. Secondly, this papercompare the existing new technology with the old warehouse address recognitionand positioning technology, suggest to replace traditional photoelectric sensorpositioning and Share addressing modes with positioning by integrating laserdistance sensor and rotary encoder, then illustrates changes of improvedautomatic warehousing system, it provides the foundation for next establishhardware modeling. Finally in this paper, it build model for the warehousingentry process in warehousing system of stacker with above mentioned hardwarefoundation and theoretical basis, simulating the model by use of the ExSpectsimulation software, making further analysis of the simulation result,demonstrate the feasibility of the mode ultimately, furthermore, the modelestablished will have practical significance for true system.
