In the period of rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in our country,the contradiction between the environment,resources and social development is increased obviously.The basic way to alleviate the contradiction is energy efficiency,and the primary problem of building energy conservation needs to solve is building palisade structure heat preservation.Organic heat preservation material,however,has poor fire prevention performance,shorter service life,worse durability,these shortcomings can bring about huge hidden trouble to people’s life and property safety.Therefore,we need to research and develop a single inorganic enclosure structure material,which can meet the requirements of building thermal insulation and service life of structure materials.Using solid wastes to produce building materials products,can effectively achieve the solid waste treatment of "reduction,harmless and recycling",comply with the demand of green wall materials development in our country.At the same time,much starker choices-and graver consequences-in period,China will steadily promoting green building materials.Therefore,the green wall materials will become investment hot spot in the future in our country,and its application market space is huge,to promote energy conservation and environmental protection wall materials production application of the high quality,physical properties of the materials research has the vital role.How to use it in a large number of solidwaste and produce qualified green sintered wall materials,the research on the properties of raw materials is one of the problems to be solved.The influences of the index of solid waste materials as a raw material on preparing sintered wall materials were researched in this paper.The physical properties of sintered wall material prepared with solid waste materials as raw material were analyzed in the laboratory experiment.Thereby optimizing raw material physical properties of the mix proportioning,provide scientific guidance for the industrialization development of ecological building materials.Firstly,studied the basic performance of shale,determine its basic performance meets the requirement of sintering wall materials were appropriate,the sintering temperature range of 900℃ ~ 1100℃,the best sintering temperature is 1000℃,the temperature of the preparation of fired hollow brick small sample all performance testing meet the standard requirements.Secondly,by respectively on three kinds of solid waste of coal gangue,fly ash,sludge raw material basic performance is analyzed,the results show that coal gangue conform to the requirements of the preparation of sintering wall materials separately,fly ash and the sludge is not suitable for separate preparation of sintering wall materials.Then,the three kinds of solid waste mixture when different proportion of raw materials of index test,determine the three types of solid waste mixed with shale optimum dosage of sintered wall materials:(F1)coal gangue was 100%,(D2)fly ash was 40%,shale was 60%,(B3)sludge was 20% shale was 80%.At the same time,through the theoretical calculation,three kinds of solid wastes to produce sintered wall materials can achieve a certain degree of alternative energy supplies,ease the pressure on resources shortage and environmental pollution.Finally,respectively to three groups small formula simulation test the compressive strength,water absorption,frost,lime burst,radionuclide limited performance,can meet the GB/T 13545-2014 the fired hollow bricks and blocks.
