China's coal resources are rich, especially in Shanxi Province has the largest coal resources, with mining coal mining will produce a lot of coal gangue to the local and surrounding environment and life bring a lot of inconvenience, but also a resource waste. With the development of industry, the harm brought by coal gangue is increasing. Therefore, the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue has become a problem the society has been trying to solve.Permeable brick is a new type of green building material, which is made of perforated brick with interconnected porosity through pore-forming process. It has certain water-permeable property and strength as well as water-holding capacity, which can slow down the city's"heat island effect"and Groundwater levels in"urban desertification"decline due to impervious pavement.Has better physical properties and better integration with the soil atmosphere as a whole to maintain the balance of water resources to ease the city's climate problems, but also has some noise absorption function, have a good environmental effects, with a certain The benefits and application value. The research idea of this topic is to apply coal gangue to the preparation of permeable brick for building materials.Firstly, this paper analyzes and researches some commonly-used hole-making methods for sintered bricks. At the same time, combining the physical and chemical properties of coal gangues, the method of combining the pore-forming agent method and the blowing agent method is used.In addition,a certain amount of The stomatal batching and synthetic methods are used to prepare sintered permeable bricks.Through a large number of experimental studies, the best sintering curve is obtained.Based on this, the following researches are conducted:?1?Through single-factor tests, the influence of various process parameters on coal gangue pervious bricks was analyzed, specifically the mass ratio of coal gangue and bentonite, sintering temperature, holding time, and forming pressure. On this basis,a suitable formula was selected to add expanded perlite for research. The effect of the particle size of perlite and the content of perlite on the permeability bricks was studied. The mass ratio of coal gangue to bentonite was55:45 and the sintering temperature.1050°C,holding time 1h,molding pressure20MPa,content of expanded perlite 1:0.9,diameter of expanded perlite 60-80mesh,tensile strength reached 4.32MPa,permeability coefficient 1.876×10-2cm/s.?2?Through the single factor test of the study, analyze the four major impacts on the performance of pervious bricks, conduct orthogonal test, use four factors and four levels to design orthogonal test, control the molding pressure to20MPa,holding time 1h,the study through intuitive analysis The mass ratio of coal gangue and bentonite and the size of expanded perlite have a great influence on the permeability of pervious bricks;the diameter of expanded perlite has the greatest impact on the tensile strength of pervious bricks. After the analysis of variance, the effects of experimental errors and factor fluctuations were eliminated, and the results of the analysis were the same as those of the visual analysis.?3?Based on the previous two chapters, the permeation performance of pervious brick products was improved through the pore former method, the foaming agent method, and the addition of pore size ingredients?large particle size perlite?with different amounts of different substances added. The improvement of the permeability of water was studied. It was concluded that limestone with foaming agent had the best effect. When the added amount was15%,the water permeability coefficient was 3.053×10-2cm/s and the strength was 3.07 MPa,which met the requirements of the specification. To a large extent increased water permeability.
