Currently,with the aerospace and missile launch technology development,the rocket engine produce requirement is high-performance,low-cost,high-efficiency.For a long time,the solid rocket motor grain casting process has always been a very important concern,especially grain reliability easting process design is an important and indispensable part of the development process of the propellant grain.In the working process of the propellant grain to withstand very high temperature,pressure,hot air factors,so if in the process of test and flight because the grain defects in structure,easy to malfunction,or even accidents.In this paper,through the study of small solid rocket motor grain casting production process,developed a set of remote real-time monitor to the bottom of the squeeze casting device system.The control system can achieve the bottom of the propellant grain squeeze casting process,in the casting process can be real-time monitoring the pouring pressure and vacuum degree.Staff in the isolation room away from the production site for real-time control operation of the entire casting process,to ensure the safety of the lives of staff.The design of the system through the upper and lower position control,master-slave control structure.PC using industrial control computer,and install configuration software in the computer for remote monitoring provide a platform.Lower machine using PLC,solidified control system program in the PLC and realization the switch and analog input and output control.By 485 communication mode between configuration software and PLC,using configuration software’s powerful data processing,acquisition and storage functions,realizes the movement control of operating components,complete the grain at the bottom of the squeeze casting process.Based on the above design,the pouring equipment on-site installation,commissioning and pouring process trial run process.Through on-site commissioning,after verification in this paper,the research and development at the bottom of the remote monitoring of squeeze casting technology can satisfy the use requirement,at the same time also analyzed the deficiency existing in the design system and to perfect the program.
