Design And Implementation Of Elevator Simulative Operating Test Bench

All kinds of elevator operating test system are necessary equipments for elevator manufacturers.Elevator simulative operating test bench is able to achieve verification and test on elevator electrical functions with a small footprint.And it is also able to fulfill configuration and test of customized functions flexibly.Therefore,this sort of test bench has an important practical value for the elevator control cabinet production department.In order to achieve verification and test on elevator electrical functions and fault detection and diagnosis on elevator control cabinet,the paper designed hardware system and software of elevator simulative operating,set up the elevator simulative operating test bench,which was based on real elevator electrical control components and simulative elevator speed control components.Hence,all sorts of basic functions of the elevator in actual operation were reproduced.Also,monitoring and control of simulative elevator was implemented by the elevator simulative operating software.Based on this test bench,the paper did research on the fault diagnosis theory of the elevator control cabinet,including fuzzy and neural network theoretical techniques used in fault diagnosis,and then,analyzed the essentiality for a combination of both and the method of combination.According to the characteristics of faults in the elevator control cabinet,a fault diagnosis expert system model which combines fuzzy theory and neural network was founded to apply to elevator control cabinet fault diagnosis.It has a function of detecting and diagnosing simple faults on elevator control cabinet.After a good practical application in an elevator manufacturer,it is proved that the elevator simulative operating test bench is able to provide functional platform and real environments of elevator operating to elevator electrical functions verification and customized functions test.At the same time,since the fault diagnosis expert system has an ability to complete simple fault detection and diagnosis on elevator control cabinet,workloads of elevator production line operators on elevator control cabinet testing were reduced.
