Today,with the continuous progress of urban-rural integration,more and more people are flourishing in the city.People have put forward diversified and personalized demands for elevators.The birth and application of elevators provide great convenience for people's life and work.Only by actively introducing and quoting advanced new detection devices,can real-time,dynamic and continuous detection and supervision of elevator faults and various abnormal problems be realized.Combining with the latest development of elevator control technology,this paper focuses on the elevator control system based on CAN bus and makes a comprehensive and in-depth discussion and analysis of its fault diagnosis under the guidance of relevant theories,reliable and intelligent elevator electrical fault diagnosis card,thereby realizing the elevator electrical fault diagnosis.Instant monitoring and accurate screening of faults can provide helpful help for staff to eliminate faults in time.The research work carried out in this paper mainly includes:Firstly,the main structure and function mechanism of elevator control system are discussed comprehensively and objectively.Secondly,several common fault modes in practical application are discussed,and the characteristics and causes of elevator faults are sorted out and clarified.At the same time,their specific applications in fault diagnosis are introduced.Finally,the importance of the combined application of the above theory and the specific application methods are discussed in detail.Based on the completed elevator control system,this paper will design the hardware circuit of the elevator fault system scientifically and normatively on the basis of previous research results.Based on the scientific and reasonable fault diagnosis scheme,a fault diagnosis expert system with reliable performance,powerful function and strong practical value is constructed.Figure 42,Table 4,Reference 51...
