fixed-assets management in expressway companies.The level of management of fixed assets will directly affect the benefit and the future development of expressway companies.It is the most important job right now to find the bottleneck of the management in expressway companies and take advantage of the market means to do the reform,optimization and upgrade in traditional expressway companies.Since the type of fixed assets and the management environment are about the same in different companies,it is likely to do all the deep research for all the expressway companies on a large scale.So,this article chooses the most representative and the best known enterprise---Jiangsu Jinghu Expressway Co.,LTD to do the study of fixed-assets management problems.This is a traditional stateowned expressway company and it has the average level of highway mileage.So,it is quite representative to use it as the study example.The study result can be treated as the industry averages and the conclusion it makes will not be too biased.First of all,we start from the basic theory.We should study the theory of the three asset management,life-cycle management theory,integrated management of the whole,theory of corporate management,so the article can be prepared for further study.The analysis of trouble in practice can be taken effective measures to implement on the theoretical foundation.And then we use Jiangsu Jinghu Expressway Co.,LTD as the study subject to the the intensive and comprehensive investigation and study.Then the article will study on the particularity of fixed assets in expressway companies.This study is conducted by inquiry approach along with issuing questionnaires.Find the merits and demerits of the fixed-assets management in Jinghu company via data mining and summarize its virtues so that the rest of the subsidiaries even though the whole expressway industry can learn from.Set out the defects among fixed-assets management.Briefly examine
