| With the rapid growth of market demand for low-density polyethylene products,the market competition for products is also becoming increasingly fierce.Lanzhou Petrochemical Company’s production plant for low-density polyethylene products was put into production and operation in 2008.The main profitable products are generalpurpose film materials,special materials for heat shrinkable films,and special materials for insulating cables.However,the production schedule based on the actual production process of such products has the following three problems: first,the formulation process is based on experience,conservative and scientific,resulting in the high output of transitional products;Insufficient analysis of the market demand caused by the loss of original customers;third,there are defects in the formulation process,resulting in reduced economic benefits of the enterprise.This dissertation optimizes the original production schedule of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company’s low density polyethylene plant based on the theory of production schedule optimization.First,extract the monthly output of the three products of general film material,heat shrinkable film special material and insulating cable special material for the past three consecutive years,conduct statistical analysis of the data,and study the production and sales laws.Secondly,use the market interview method to clarify the market demand of the product,take it as the main constraint condition for optimization,take the product output of the past three consecutive years as the basic data,formulate optimization rules for production schedules and optimize existing production schedules.Finally,put the optimized production schedule into the actual production process at the current stage,so as to reduce the output of transitional products,increase the output of general film materials,special materials for heat shrinkable films,and special materials for insulating cables,and improve Lanzhou Petrochemical Company’s low-density polymer production.Economic benefits of ethylene products.The dissertation results of the paper show that through the optimization of the production schedule of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company’s low-density polyethylene products,the switching times of the three products in one year’s production are reduced from 69.6 times to 30 times,a year-on-year decrease of 56.9%;transitional product switching the number of times decreased from 34.3 times to 18 times,a year-on-year decrease of 47.5%,and the profit decreased by 9.78 million yuan;The output and profit of the three products of general film material,heat shrinkable film special material and insulating cable special material increased,of which the profit of general film material increased by 8.666 million yuan,the profit of special materials for heat shrinkable films increased by 10.123 million yuan,the profits of special materials for insulating cables increased by 12.273 million yuan,and the total profit increased by 20.182 million yuan.The optimized production schedule is conducive to Lanzhou Petrochemical Company to better control costs,and steadily improve the production efficiency of the device on the basis of meeting the original market demand;in terms of the company’s long-term development,it is conducive to stabilizing the production process and improving product quality,improve product industry standards and enhance market competitiveness. |
