With the increasingly fierce market competition and the enter of the oevrsea beer,everybeer companies are research a better production and the operation management plan,Throughdisposes and optimizes inside and outside resources reasonably,reduces manufacture cycleand production cost,to enhances the enterprises core competition advantage.Because thecompany must be rapid response to changing requirements and the beer production have thecharacteristics of semi-continuous,all the production activities and economic bebefits aregreaely depend on production planing and production scheduling.Therefore,the problem ofbeer production scheduling has been researched in the paper.So,to formulation of optimalproduction plan and do good production schedule are the key probles.also the hot point ofproduct enterprise.In this paper,baseing on the beer production worshop process,By analysing the beerproduction and the process, establishing the beer production scheduling models:With thesimple linear programming method and excel method to analyse and solution. Then,the antcolony optimizational gorithm has been used to solve optimal seheduling problems.In order toreduce the size and complexity of the issue,we divided the project into beer productionscheduling and equipment scheduling,The simple production scheduling depend on linearmethod,the more complexity is depend on excel method by computer.The,the ant colonyoptimization algorithm has been used to solve optimal scheduling problems,The simulationresults show that the ant colony algorithm is better than genetic algoorithms,and otherintelligent algoorithms for better solutions,and the ant colony optimization scheduling methodof beer production can guarantee the ability of inventory,and the market volatility negativeimpact would be reduced.
