If manufacturing enterprises want to promote structural reforms and expand market demand,they cannot blindly expand production.They need to combine modern technology to rationalize,informatize,and integrate production,reduce material consumption,energy consumption,and shorten production while ensuring product quality.Cycle and improve capacity utilization,thereby reducing production costs and increasing production profits.This paper takes two different production methods in the actual production of aluminum manufacturing enterprises as the research background,and conducts research on two types of scheduling problems,such as process batch scheduling in single-shop scheduling and distributed multi-shop local flexible scheduling.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of process group batch scheduling in single-shop scheduling,taking the actual production process of a manufacturing enterprise as the research background,minimizing the maximum completion time as the objective function,taking into account the local flexible scheduling of parallel machines,the limitation of processing machine capacity and the process grouping process,Established a 0-1 integer programming model,and designed an improved genetic algorithm solution model.The simulation experiment uses improved genetic algorithm and CPLEX optimization solver to compare and solve.The calculation results show the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of genetic algorithm based on intelligent algorithm in solving complex constrained shop scheduling problems.(2)Aiming at the local flexible scheduling problem of distributed multi-workshops under industrial clusters,a research is carried out based on the actual production process of a manufacturing enterprise industrial park.The goal of the scheduling problem is to minimize the maximum completion time,and take the joint scheduling,workshop transportation and waiting penalty of each processing workshop into consideration scheduling constraints,establish a 0-1 integer programming model,and design a model based on backward dynamics.The Lagrangian Relaxation algorithm of the planning algorithm.In the simulation experiment,the Lagrangian Relaxation algorithm and the CPLEX optimization solver are used to compare and solve the scheduling problem.The experimental results verify the feasibility of the distributed multi-shop local flexible scheduling model and the effectiveness of the Lagrangian Relaxation algorithm in solving complex workshop scheduling problems.This paper studies the current production modes in the two environments faced by aluminum manufacturing enterprises on the market,establishes a suitable mathematical model,analyzes the model structure,and designs and uses an optimized algorithm suitable for the mathematical model.The purpose of scheduling is to rationally utilize processing resources,shorten the production cycle and reduce production costs.At the same time,this article also provides a good idea for the use and innovation of the two types of optimization algorithms in the workshop scheduling problem.
