Research On The Participation Of Environmental Protection Social Organizations In The Classified Treatment Of Domestic Waste In Urban Communities ——Based On The Investigation Of Shanghai Aifen Environmental Protectionabstract

Under the background of the accelerating process of urbanization and the increasing level of people’s material consumption,the daily amount of domestic waste in cities everywhere continues to increase,and the phenomenon of "garbage besieging the city" is becoming more and more intense.Under the requirements of implementing the "double carbon" goal,improving the urban living environment and promoting the construction of low-carbon communities,it is particularly urgent to promote the classification of domestic waste in urban communities.Taking an urban community in Shanghai as an example,according to the perspective of collaborative governance,this paper analyzes the community intervention practice case of the third-party environmental protection social organization Aifen environmental protection,observes the synergy of environmental protection social organizations in the classification and governance of urban community domestic waste,integrates with the government,neighborhood committee,property,residents and other participants,and cooperatively promotes the classification and governance of domestic waste in this community.Through the research,it is found that after a series of preliminary preparations such as investigation and visit,scheme formulation,hardware transformation,publicity and mobilization and team formation,Aifen environmental protection social organization cooperates with other participants to officially carry out on-site domestic waste classification and guidance in the implementation community.In the later stage,it also develops the correct habit of "four classification" domestic waste distribution through the establishment of system and inspection mechanism,so as to strengthen residents’ conscious and active maintenance of living environment Actively participate in community autonomy affairs,etc.In the future,we still need to strive for the cultivation of the external environment of environmental protection social organizations,build a governance community led by Party construction,and strengthen the forging of internal capacity of social organizations,so that the path of environmental protection social organizations participating in the classified treatment of domestic waste in urban communities is more convenient,the role is more obvious,and the effect of participation is more prominent.
