Aiming to achieve carbon peaking by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060 is a necessary condition for China to focus on alleviating prominent problems such as resource and environmental constraints and promoting rapid economic and social development. When the green development environment of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality appears in my country, the company must start with practical problems, implement technological upgrading, technological transformation, strengthen the company’s refined management work, and improve the company’s green development management level,so as to comply with the national and the development trend of the manufacturing industry. In 2019,it is proposed to promote the integrated development of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry.Enterprises,as micro individuals, also actively respond to this new business form and new model. In this mode, manufacturing enterprises have changed from product manufacturing to product service, externally adding service links such as product after-sales and technical support, and internally improving enterprise human resources, management level and other service mechanisms. This new integration mode has the characteristics of resource recycling, low energy consumption and green development. It can stimulate the technological upgrading of enterprises and improve the green development level of enterprises.Due to the commonality between the integration of the two industries and the green development of enterprises, this paper tries to explore the impact of manufacturing enterprises’ input service on the green total factor productivity of enterprises from the perspective of micro enterprises. In April 2020,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the seventh meeting of the Central Finance and Economics Committee to build a new development pattern with domestic circulation as the main body and domestic and international dual circulation. It can be seen that under the dual-cycle orientation, the development of the international market is still important.Export is an important way for enterprises to explore the international market, improve business performance and achieve sustainable development. As an intermediate input and production "adhesive",services play a role.Important functions of creating and adding value, coordinating production operations, coordinating contacts, and managing headquarters. The wide application of services can promote the deepening of division of labor, reduce costs, promote enterprise management model innovation, technological innovation and structural adjustment, match suppliers and consumers worldwide to improve productivity, optimize export structure and export quality. Therefore,in the analysis, this paper will also divide the whole sample into export-oriented enterprises and non-export-oriented enterprises according to whether they operate export business, and discuss the impact of the integration of the two industries on the green total factor productivity of enterprises. After removing missing and invalid data, this paper selects 865 manufacturing enterprises from 2011 to 2020 as a sample, and uses the SBM model combined with the GML index method to measure the green total factor productivity of the sample under the selected time interval. The relationship between green total factor productivity is not a simple linear relationship.A quadratic term is added to the benchmark regression analysis for testing. Then,by replacing the calculation method of green total factor productivity, the EBM model and the GML index method are used to measure and test the robustness.Theoretical analysis is carried out to test the mechanism;through the heterogeneity test, the role of the geographical location and main business type of the enterprise in the impact of the investment of manufacturing enterprises on green total factor productivity is discussed;the threshold is further determined by threshold regression, and the The whole sample is divided into export-oriented enterprises and non-export-oriented enterprises for group threshold regression to explore the impact of export-oriented enterprises. The research conclusion shows that the sample enterprises focus on the development of green manufacturing in the research interval, and the average level of their green total factor productivity increases year by year, and the annual average green total factor productivity of export-oriented enterprises is higher than that of non-export-oriented enterprises.Green total factor productivity;the relationship between the servitization of manufacturing enterprises and the green total factor productivity of enterprises is not a simple linear relationship, and will play a significant role in promoting after reaching the critical value;technological innovation and asset quality can positively regulate both The quality of human resources will have an inhibitory effect on the impact between the two;the impact of manufacturing enterprises’ investment in servitization on the green total factor productivity of enterprises has regional heterogeneity and business type heterogeneity, and has a significant impact on the eastern region.Positive impact;has a significant positive impact on service-oriented manufacturing enterprises, and has a significant positive impact on export-oriented enterprises;export-oriented enterprises have a high positive impact on the green total factor productivity of enterprises after reaching the threshold value. For non-export-oriented enterprises.Manufacturing enterprises should actively respond to the service-oriented transformation, improve their own green total factor productivity, and ultimately realize the green transformation of the economy.
