In order to actively respond to the challenges of economic growth to the efficiency requirements of maritime container transportation,port enterprises have devoted to push on equipment automation and paperless documents.The use of automated container cranes and unmanned trucks has become an inevitable trend.However,the safety training methods of enterprises still remain in traditional education methods and backward education methods,which are seriously out of touch with technological progress.While improving production efficiency,port enterprises must also fully realize the importance of safety training,and keep up with the pace of safety management information construction.This article takes T port as the object of practice,determine the purpose and scope of hazard identification,through the research on the operation characteristics of port enterprises,and select four evaluation methods of JHA,HAZOP,FMEA and ESA to form the technical route of system hazard identification,the inspection and maintenance operations,operations and related operations,equipment and facilities,and site environment are analyzed respectively.The types of common accidents in port enterprises and their causes are given,safety management countermeasures and measures are proposed,and a basic safety risk information database is established.Aiming at the status quo of poor training management and training effects of port enterprises,this article combines the actual organizational structure of the company to analyze training needs,and proposes a method for constructing a training demand matrix.In addition,the entropy weight-TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the risk of work activities.For work activities with higher risks,the training time and frequency of related positions are increased to make the training demand matrix more reasonable.Relying on the security risk control information database,developing targeted training courses and examination questions by category and by post,and establishing a corporate security risk management training knowledge base can avoid blindness in traditional corporate training and make training more effective.In order to improve the efficiency of corporate training,based on the safety risk management and control training knowledge,the use of information technology to build a complete job safety training management platform.Further standardize the corporate training management process,improve management efficiency,and realize intelligent safety management,which has achieved good application effects.The Internet + security risk management and control training platform provides technical feasibility for the innovation of port enterprise training,and has played an important role in training management in the new era.
