| Dongdawei is located in the east of Hefei city.It is located on the northwest coast of Chaohu lake,covering an area of about 26 km~2.Dongdawei is the largest modern agricultural ecological demonstration area in Hefei,which integrates agricultural production,idyllic sightseeing and rural vacation.In recent years,the water environment in this region has gradually deteriorated.The main problems are as follows.The first is sediment blockage in the ditch,and the pollutant accumulation are large.Secondly,the irrigation and drainage system in the polder area is disordered and the non-point source pollution is out of control.The third,the communication between upper and lower water system is not smooth and the water flow is poor.Fourthly,the utilization of wet land and the environmental self-purification capacity are low.Finally,the function of land use has transformed and the infrastructure is weak.This study is based on the requirement of flood control and drainage,and takes the main line of water pollution control.This paper analyzed the topography and region water inflow characteristics of Dongdawei.Aiming at the outstanding problems of flood control and pollution,the paper linked the planning of water conservancy,environmental protection,traffic,municipal and so on.On the basis of identifying the pollution sources,it also calculated the pollutant discharge level,and analyzed the pollution structure and weight.According to these results,the article has constructed comprehensive control measures,including rural waste treatment,control of non-point source pollution,improvement of water quality of polluted river,rain and flood regulation project of Xinhe reservoir,and the construction of regional drainage system.This paper focuses on the research of the collection and treatment of domestic sewage outside the polder,the management of modern agriculture pollution in the polder,and the improvement of water quality of Weixi and Jiazi rivers.It also studied ecological expansion of Xinhe reservoir and Jinputao pond,and improvement of region drainage system.Through using the comprehensive research results and practical experience aboutdomestic and foreign river management,this paper presents a comprehensive management system,which could solve the problems of water pollution in rural areas at present.This system combines engineering measures,agricultural water-saving irrigation,environmental protection measures,plant planning,and management measures,etc.These research results could have some references to the similar small watershed comprehensive management.These methods serve as a model and are able to provide theoretical and practical references for ecological protection and restoration in Chaohu area. |
