At present,in our country,we adopt the method of stacking to dispose most of the industrial solid wastes,and the investigation of the sources of solid wastes mostly relies on manual visits and on-the-spot confirmation.However,due to the large randomness and wide range of the distribution of urban solid waste yards,it is inefficient and costly to conduct ground investigation in this way,and it is not easy to dynamically monitor the production and storage of solid wastes.On the other hand,because the solid waste management relies on the declaration and registration of industrial waste,there are loopholes in the monitoring of solid waste management,which easily lead to incomplete control coverage and missing monitoring.The existing solid waste management technology is not enough to support the accurate control of solid waste.This thesis attempts to trace the source of solid waste and control the solid waste yard by combining geographic information science and intelligent information mining method for the first time.The research work of this thesis is as follows:(1)This thesis studies the technology of enterprise waste information extraction based on text mining,adopts the method of rule-based and dictionary based information extraction to extract the solid waste information of enterprise in the text,and proves the effectiveness of the method based on the experimental results;(2)Based on the characteristics of spatial proximity and spatial heterogeneity of geographical objects,a spatial association model of storage yard and generation source based on spatial distance measure is constructed;Based on semantic distance measure,the semantic association model between solid waste yard and enterprise waste information is constructed;The coupling spatial correlation model and semantic correlation model are used to analyze the source of solid waste,and the possibility index is used to evaluate the possibility that each source is the real source of solid waste.(3)Research on the automatic acquisition method of street view data and POI data,as well as the acquisition,cleaning and storage technology of potential sources of solid waste based on web crawler;(4)Based on the above experimental scheme,an on-line visualization system for tracing the source of solid waste was developed;This thesis completes the tracing of the source of solid waste production,which is conducive to the transformation of solid waste management from offline to online,providing information technology support for the supervision of urban solid waste disorderly discharge,filling the gap of big data mining technology for urban solid waste precise management,laying the foundation for precise control at the point source level,providing technical support for solid waste precise management for the construction of "waste free city",and promoting the development of the city Sustainable development.
