In recent years,our country speed up the reform and development of construction industry,it expressly pointed out that making the fabricated building project accounted for 30% of new buildings in 10 years.The policy will lead to prefabricated construction in sharp growth,under the condition of the safety management measures insufficient reserves,the safety situation of fabricated building project will face severe challenges.fabricated building project has obvious advantages in improving the construction quality,saving labor and protecting environment compared with the traditional construction project.But it can stack safety risks easily due to the multidimensional space parallel operation of component production,logistics and assembly.At the present stage,lacking skilled construction workers to meet the needs of new construction technology is still a big problem.So it can cause construction safety accidents easily.To reduce the occurrence rate of safety accidents,this paper teases out 7 major construction safety accidents combining with the characteristics of fabricated building project.Choosing several typical fabricated building project in construction engineering as a sample project to investigate the 7 safety accidents which are distributed in prefabricated factory,logistics,transportation,assembly.On this basis,back analysis of the key factors set affecting construction safety was carried out based on the cause of safety accidents.The safety evaluation index system and evaluation model was established to evaluate the actual construction safety status of the fabricated building project combined with the application of AHP and grey clustering evaluation method.The unsafe factors were searched out combined with the multi-site parallel construction character and the corresponding measures were taken to control the construction safety accidents.In this paper,we do empirical analysis on typical project,the evaluation results for sample is in a middle level,Especially the Workers professional operation level is the primary of unsafe factors,which is consistent with the current state of the general industry.The result of empirical analysis showed that the evaluation method possessed applicability and effectiveness can provide reference for the prevention and control of fabricated building project construction safety accidents during the rapid growth of the construction scale.
