We will fully implement the guiding principles of the 18 th CPC National Congress and the Third,fourth,fifth and sixth Plenary Sessions of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,and learn from general Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches and instructions on the development of the Economic Belt,firmly set up and implement the new concept of development,adhere to the ecological priority,green development,a total catch big protection,don’t make big development,adhere to the problem oriented,fully implementing long river system as claw hand,in order to enhance the water source of drinking water safety along the Yangtze river as the main line,strengthen the drinking water source protection along the Yangtze river,improve the water source of drinking water security ability and level,and strive to solve the problems existed in the water source of drinking water safety,strengthen the area along the Yangtze river water source of drinking water safety,ensure the safety of drinking water of the people.In order to improve the environmental conditions of drinking water source areas of Gaoshengqiao Centralized drinking water source in Rongchang District,Chongqing,and ensure the safety of water supply for urban residents,this study analyzed and demonstrated the pollution status and restrictive factors of water source areas,and explored ways of treatment and protection according to the situation.The main work and achievements are as follows:(1)Analyze the main pollution factors of gaoshengqiao Reservoir water bodyBased on the detailed analysis of the monitoring data of Gaoshengqiao Reservoir during the high water period from 2016 to 2018 and according to the Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard(GB3838-2002),the single-factor index evaluation method shows that the total nitrogen has a relatively large impact on the water quality of Gaoshengqiao Reservoir,and the pollution factor is mainly N element.(2)Determine the pollution status of Gaoshengqiao reservoirThe eutrophication degree in the Lake district of Gaoshengqiao Reservoir was evaluated by using the comprehensive nutritional status index method.Between moderate eutrophication state and mild eutrophication state of Gaoshengqiao Reservoir,N and P were the key causes of eutrophication.Among them,the index value of the comprehensive nutritional status of permanganate has risen to the severe eutrophic status every month.(3)The reasonable and effective control measures of Gaoshengqiao reservoir are put forwardIt mainly includes strengthening the protection and isolation of drinking water sources,improving the governance of pollution sources in the river basin,continuing to implement the project of ecological conservation of water source conservation forests in the river basin,non-point source pollution in rural areas and long-term protection mechanism,so as to effectively improve the water environment quality.
