With the acceleration of urbanization and the excessive development of human activities,problems such as the decline of regional ecological function and the weakening of ecosystem anti-interference have emerged,and the contradiction between economic development and ecological protection has become more prominent.Scientific identification of natural ecological space and zoning control play an important role in enhancing the value of ecosystem services,strengthening natural ecological protection and promoting regional sustainable development.This paper takes Hunan Province as the research object and relies on Arc GIS 10.3platform to construct an index system for the importance of ecosystem services and the sensitivity of ecological environment,apply spatial analysis,NPP quantitative index evaluation and other methods to calculate the comprehensive index of ecological protection importance,so as to identify the natural ecological space in the study area.On this basis,the two-dimensional correlation judgment matrix is used to comprehensively partition the natural ecological space and propose the control strategy.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The evaluation of the importance of ecological protection includes two parts:the importance of ecosystem services and the sensitivity of ecological environment.The importance of ecosystem services is mainly reflected in the four aspects of biodiversity maintenance,soil and water conservation,water conservation and flood regulation,while the sensitivity of the ecological environment is evaluated in three aspects:rocky desertification,geological disasters and soil erosion.The results shows that the total area of the extremely important and important areas of ecosystem services in Hunan Province is about 144436.99km~2,accounting for 68.19%of the provincial area.The total area of sensitive and sensitive areas of ecological environment is about 105755.75km~2,accounting for about 49.93%of the provincial area.Overall,the more important and sensitive areas of the ecological environment in the study area are concentrated in Luoxiao,Nanling,Wuling,Xuefeng and other mountains and Dongting Lake area,constitute an important ecological barrier in the province.(2)Based on the ecological protection importance evaluation and two-dimensional correlation judgment matrix,the natural ecological space identification and zoning of Hunan Province are carried out.The results show that the natural ecological space area of Hunan Province is137001.29km~2,accounting for 64.67%of the provincial area.Mainly Forest land and grassland,followed by water tidal flats and other land.Among them,the key control space area is 46429.05km~2,accounting for 33.89%of the total natural ecological space area,mainly distributed in Anhua County and Taojiang County in Yiyang city,Pingjiang County in Yueyang City,Liuyang City in Changsha City,Chenzhou and Yongzhou:The medium control space area is about 73634.45km~2,accounting for53.75%of the total natural ecological space area,mainly distributed in Xiangxi,Huaihua,Shaoyang Chengbu County,Xinning County,Yongzhou Shuangpai County and Dong’an County:The general control space area is about 16937.79km~2,accounting for 12.36%of the total natural ecological space area.(3)The natural ecological space control strategy of Hunan Province is proposed from the aspects of ecological priority,regional coordination,classification,implementation guarantee,supervision and management,use change,and ecological civilization governance.Mainly includes:Strengthening planning convergence and unifying control basis;Implement classified zoning control and formulate differentiated measures;Strictly control the use change of natural ecological space;Improve supporting policies,strengthen supervision and management;Strengthening capacity-building for ecological space protection and environmental governance.
