Research On Safety Management Of Urban Road Based In H City

In modern cities,a complete traffic management system can support and guarantee all social and economic city activities,such as the circulation of consumer goods,information interaction,residents’ travel,and the delivery of different carriers.As one of the most important infrastructures,the public transportation system is the basic element that constitutes a city’s development,is the foundation of economic activities,and carries the flow of people,logistics and information in the city.This paper discusses the existing problems of city road safety management in H City,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,which have important practical significance for promoting the development of H City.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign literature research,this article uses case analysis and literature research methods as research methods,based on governance theory,new public governance ideas and polycentric governance theory,and expounds the influencing factors that affect road safety governance.Then,through questionnaire surveys and data reports from the traffic management department,this article makes the situation of road traffic management in City H detailed.There are some obstacles to the development of road safety governance,including the shortcoming in team management,the enhance space for the publicity and forward-looking urban road planning,the existing hidden dangers of road traffic facilities,the structural imbalance of transportation modes,and the weakness in the government coordination.Combining the above theories and analysis of influencing factors,this article further studies the current situation and problems,analyzing the reasons from both internal and external levels with the final suggestions and rectification methods.This article believes that the road safety management of H City should strengthen the construction of mechanisms,should fully implement the main responsibility,should strengthen the governance of hidden dangers at the source,and strict management of normal conditions,and improve the foundation of road safety.Meanwhile,this article also introduces the experiences of major developed cities with related issues.This article combines governance theory with multi-center theory,incorporating new public governance ideas.It analyzes the current road safety governance in H City from various factors and gives relevant suggestions.In terms of data sources,this article not only collects feedback from the people,but also further processes and analyzes actual traffic accident data,making the research more comprehensive and cautious.However,the conclusion and decision are only applicable to similar cities to H City,meaning that the applicability to other regions has been reduced.In addition,from the time point of view,the data only covers the past one year,and there may be temporal and spatial particularities.Only by comprehensively analyzing the data of the past 5-10 years can we draw more rigorous research conclusions..
