| Planning environmental impact assessment is the focus and hotspot of environmental management in China,but its theory and technical methods are lagging behind in practice,yet to be innovative and perfect.At present,petrochemical park planning often focus on product chain extension and process design and ignore the social,economic,environmental and other aspects of comprehensive coordination and consideration,integrated ecological management as a new concept more and more attention.Based on the theory of land ecological suitability analysis,this paper puts forward the concept of spatial ecological suitability analysis from the perspective of "social-economic-environment" comprehensive coordination,and applies it to the environmental impact assessment of petrochemical park planning to explore the spatial ecological suitability theory,method and system.Based on the concept of land ecology suitability,this paper puts forward the definition of spatial ecological suitability concept from the perspective of comprehensive ecological management based on the theory of resource and environment carrying capacity,ecological balance and sustainable development;Secondly,the ecological suitability method is compared,the ecological factor superposition method,the logical combination method and the niche analysis method are discussed.The application of the fuzzy mathematics method is explored from the point of view of scientific nature and practicality in combination with the petrochemical park planning characteristics;Thirdly,on the basis of the analysis of the existing ecological factors,this paper puts forward the idea of spatial ecological suitability index from the perspective of "social-economic-environment",and systematically constructs the spatial ecological suitability index system of petrochemical park Four-level structure,30 direct evaluation indicators;Fourthly,on the basis of the traditional analytic hierarchy process,the comprehensive evaluation model of AHP coupled fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is constructed based on the fuzzy mathematics theory by using triangular fuzzy number scaling method;Fifth,through the construction of the index system,index standards and evaluation model for a petrochemical park case application.The evaluation results,the standard and the method are practical.The results show that the comprehensive value of the spatial ecological suitability of the petrochemical area is 2.59,which is between the basic and the appropriate Reasonable,spatial ecological suitability is better,the evaluation method is feasible.Analysis of the index layer,the level of comprehensive value is greater than 3 of 14 indicators,is the development and construction of the petrochemical park forward indicators,the level of comprehensive value is less than 2.0 of the six indicators,is the park development and construction of negative indicators;Sixth,for the five negative indicators,from the macro point of view proposed mitigation measures,and put forward the ecological construction model. |
