| China’s highway construction has entered a period of rapid development in the past 30 years.The "Outline for Building a Powerful Transportation Country" issued and implemented by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council in September 2019 proposes to build a strong transportation country and vigorously develop highway construction across the country..With the vigorous development of expressway construction,especially the construction of mountain expressways has created a solid foundation for fast traffic in mountainous areas,but mountain expressways have special route conditions and topographical restrictions,frequent traffic accidents,especially large-scale traffic accidents,Has received hot attention from the whole society,and it is urgent to solve the traffic safety problem of mountain expressways.Based on this background,this article focuses on the safety evaluation and management research of high-risk sections of mountain expressways.The main contents are as follows:First of all,starting from the background of highway construction in China,collecting data on highway traffic accidents in recent years,it is pointed out that the traffic safety problem of mountainous highways is particularly prominent,and then through the analysis of the accidents on the high-risk sections of three typical mountainous sections,it is found that the tunnel group Road sections and long downhill sections are accident-prone sections.Through analysis,five evaluation indicators of traffic conditions,route index conditions,tunnel group scale,tunnel group safety conditions and environmental factors are obtained.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to establish super long distance based on intrinsic safety.The safety evaluation system of downhill and tunnel group sections is used to evaluate the recommended and comparative lines of a section of super-long downhill and tunnel group sections on the Changning-Baoshan Expressway in Yunnan Province,and the recommendations are reasonably judged The line is a safer design line,which is intrinsically safe.In addition,the driver’s driving performance is analyzed from the five aspects of vehicle speed,lateral deviation,steering simultaneous braking,accelerator and braking.The NASA-TLX scale is used to evaluate the driver’s driving load,the driver’s objective driving performance and the The subjective evaluations of the roads are complementary and unified.At the same time,a car driving simulator is used to establish a three-dimensional model of the continuous downhill of the mountain highway and the tunnel group section,and establish the scenes respectively.Use driving simulation experiments to further verify and analyze the safety influencing factors of continuous downhill and tunnel group sections,including slope,slope length,tunnel influence,etc.Finally,according to the factors affecting safety of the super-long downhill and tunnel group sections,improving the traffic safety of such sections should start with the design and operation management together.Geometric linearity,as the“inherent” condition of the road,determines the fundamental road conditions of the road.Choosing a route that is more in line with intrinsic safety can avoid many safety risks at the early stage of the design.It is supplemented by targeted safety facilities and monitoring equipment to improve supporting facilities.The design of the facilities and the strengthening of operation management measures during the opening phase can ensure the safety of vehicles on long downhills and tunnel groups to the greatest extent.The research in this paper provides a set of evaluation index system,evaluation index measurement methods and evaluation models for the safety evaluation of highrisk sections of expressways in mountainous areas.Empirical research shows that the indicator system and evaluation method are reasonable and have application prospects.In the context of a powerful country in the new era,it has enriched the relevant research on the safety evaluation of high-risk sections of mountainous expressways,and provided a certain reference for the development of highway safety evaluation in China. |
