| Since December 2019,the outbreak of the COVID-19,because of its high infectivity,the demand for isolation ward has increased greatly,which brings about the increase of staff in isolation ward and the increase of infection risk.This paper takes the domestic waste recovery in the isolation ward as the specific research object,designs an automatic domestic waste recycling device applied in the isolation ward,which can effectively reduce the number of non medical staff in the isolation ward.First of all,the eighth hospital(infectious disease hospital)of Xi’an city was designed and investigated,and the status and demand of each process from generation,classification,recovery,transportation to treatment of domestic waste in the isolation ward was deeply studied,and the relevant data such as the treatment amount and cleaning frequency of domestic waste in the isolation ward were obtained,which provided data support for the related research of domestic waste recycling in the isolation ward.Based on the relevant data obtained by the hospital,starting from the sources of domestic waste,garbage production and recycling methods,the requirements of automatic garbage collection in isolation ward are comprehensively analyzed,and the cooperation relationship among the three key points of garbage can,garbage can storage and garbage can recovery is established,and the working process of intelligent garbage recovery device is explored,and the application environment of intelligent recovery device in isolation ward is established After that,the functional modules of the intelligent garbage collection device are designed based on the demand.The design points of the intelligent garbage can bracket,environmental garbage can,intelligent garbage truck and the interaction among the three are discussed.Different design schemes of the intelligent garbage collection device in the isolation ward are put forward.Through the recruitment of 20 volunteers,based on the card classification method,the design factors of the intelligent recycling device of domestic waste in the isolation ward were classified,and four key design factors,namely safety,environmental protection,reliability and intellectualization,were obtained.The weight of each key factor in the design process was obtained by scoring the four key design factors by volunteers.Then,based on the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method,the quantitative evaluation model of design scheme is established from the four key design factors of safety,environmental protection,reliability and intelligence,and the optimal design scheme is selected based on the quantitative evaluation model.Finally,the optimal design scheme is used to complete the design of the intelligent recycling device of domestic waste in the isolation ward.Based on the product design elements,this paper shows the specific process of the design,enumerates the functional demand points of the intelligent domestic waste recycling device in the isolation ward,simulates the working process of the domestic waste recycling device in the isolation ward,designs each functional module of the intelligent recovery device of the living garbage in the isolation ward,and establishes a scientific evaluation model for the designer The case is evaluated and selected,which provides design ideas for product design process. |
