Since the 21 st century,the global market demand for silicone has increased significantly,among the top 3 innovative entities in the global silicone rubber field,the number of original technology applications is much higher than that of other innovative entities in the world.Therefore,a comparative study is conducted on the main innovative entities of silicone rubber at domestic and foreign.Which is helpful to analyze the market layout,R&D hotspots and management mode of innovative entities,and point out the R&D direction,promote the further development of silicone rubber innovative entities in China.The research methods used in this paper include visual analysis method,multi-index comprehensive evaluation method and entropy weight method.The visual analysis method is used to deeply study the patent information of the main innovative entities in the field of silicone rubber.The multi-index comprehensive evaluation method and entropy weight method are used to screen out the core patents,and analyze which innovative entities master the core technology.Finally,by comparing the different innovative entities at domestic and foreign,this paper summarizes the experience and enlightenment,and gives suggestions from the technical research direction,market layout and the R&D and layout of core technologies.From the patent data of six innovative entities in the field of silicone rubber at domestic and foreign,the patent application trend is divided into three stages: technology germination period,adjustment period and rapid development period;the market layout of innovative entities is mainly concentrated in foreign countries;the technical composition is mainly concentrated in silicone rubber compound C08L83 and silicone rubber composition C08G77;the technological research and development of foreign innovative entities started earlier,both before the 1970 s,and the technological research and development of domestic innovative entities started later,both from 1995 to 2010;there are more R&D teams and numbers of inventors of foreign innovative entities,and less R&D teams and numbers of inventors of domestic innovative entities;foreign innovative entities have more than 5 subsidiary innovative entities,while domestic innovative entities are only the innovative entities of several subsidiaries of China chemical industry;in addition to no more than 5 utility model patents,all domestic innovative entities are invention patents in the legal status chart in China,of which 10 are core technologies with a service life of more than 10 years.In terms of competitiveness,the original technology applications and average cited times of the three foreign innovative entities Shinetsu Chemical,Dow Dupont and KCC are higher than those of domestic innovative entities.They have strong technology R&D strength and are the leaders in the field of silicone rubber.The less the average number of first right words,the higher the patent quality;the average number of first right words of the three foreign innovative entities is less than that of the domestic innovative entities,indicating that the patent quality applied by the foreign innovative entities is higher than that of the domestic innovative entities.In terms of activity and average number of claims in recent five years,Chemchina is higher than the other five innovative entities,and is the main R&D innovative entities in the silicone rubber field in recent five years.From the comparison of technology R&D hotspots,Shinetsu Chemical and Dow Dupont have more R&D in C08L83/04 and C08L83/07,and less in other technical fields.From the perspective of core patent screening,core patents are screened by using multi-index comprehensive evaluation method and entropy weight method;among them,61.11% of the core patents come from Dow Dupont,16.67% from KCC and 11.11% from Shinetsu Chemical,indicating that most of the core technologies are in the hands of foreign innovative entities.Combined with the research conclusions,from the three dimensions of technology research and development,core technology layout and enterprise market strategy,it provides decision-making suggestions for the future development of domestic and foreign innovative entities in the field of silicone rubber,and formulates path planning. |
