In the development of oil field, reasonable way for production is very important whether the production lift method is reasonable. Reasonableness of the production way of oil wells has direct effect on productivity of oil well, production costs and improvement of recovery.At present, in the process of oil actual production, there are many optimization of lift methods which are fairly effective, but there are some problems in determining the weight and quantitative of the fuzzy factors which generally adopt a scoring method, with a strong subjectivity and uncertainty. This paper use data mining theory to research the methods of determining the weights and membership function of fuzzy factors. A new method of the comprehensive evaluation is established to make evaluation of artificial lift more objective and reasonable.Based on the requirements of oil production and literature researches, comprehensive evaluation and decision model of artificial lift methods are discussed; comprehensive evaluation index system of the theoretical model are established.Direct and indirect influencing factors are discussed. Based on the actual production data of various lift methods, the law of data mining is summarized and the theoretical calculation is analyzed, to guide the comprehensive evaluation and optimization of artificial lift methods in oilfield.Through literature review and actual production data of DongXin oilfield statistical analysis, the membership function of fuzzy factors model are corrected and improved, to improve the accuracy and reliability of the optimization of artificial lift methods.Determining the weights of various factors are important for the optimization of artificial lift methods. Through literature research, three weights determination model are established to reflect the actual situation better and the evaluation result of the actual value is higher.Comprehensive evaluation and decision model of artificial lift methods are established and a complete set of integrated assessment techniques of evaluation model is formed, which provide a theoretical basis for the comprehensive evaluation of lift method and make the optimization more scientific and operability stronger.Based on the relevant theory, comprehensive evaluation and decision model of artificial lift methods software is prepared. Based on oil well production data, basic data and blocks production data, the software can calculate the technical indicators and economic indicators and evaluate and decide the artificial lift methods comprehensively. Dongxin Yong12 block in ShengLi oilfield is taken as an example for calculation and comprehensive evaluation. The software is the preferred way of providing theoretical means for comprehensive evaluation and decision of artificial lift methods. And also, the software has an important significance on the improvement about the level of management and decision in oil production.
