In the paper,a systematic survey was conducted on the resources of the main livestock and poultry breeds in Yuncheng County from 2016 to 2019,environmental insect biology study was carried out such as Potosia brevitarsis,and studied the transformation ability of the 3rd instar larvae of Potosia brevitarsis to treat five feed bases,such as chicken manure,pig manure,cow manure,chicken manure: pig manure = 1:1,cow manure: corn straw = 1:1,It fills the blank of the research on the transformation of chicken manure and the mixture of chicken manure and pig manure.At the same time,it provides basic and technical support for the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure by using environmental protection insects in Yuncheng County..The results are as follows:1.In Yuncheng County,the main categories of livestock and poultry include pigs,cattle,sheep,draft animal,chickens,ducks,geese,rabbits,and others.In 2019,9 species of livestock and poultry storage capacity in Yuncheng County reached 29.6 million(piece/head).The number out of fence reached 52.426 million(piece/head).It reasonably determines the feeding cycle and excretion coefficient of the main livestock and poultry categories in Yuncheng County.The feeding cycles of breed sows,cattle,sheep,draft animals,layers and other poultry were more than 365 d,and the feeding cycles of fattening pigs,rabbits,broilers,ducks and geese were 200 d,85 d,45 d,40 d,90 d,respectively.The excretion coefficients of fattening pigs,breed sows,beef cattle,cows,goats,sheep,rabbits,draft animals,broilers,layers,ducks and geese were 5.3 kg/d,6.5 kg/d,30 kg/d,45 kg/d,2.6kg/d,3.1 kg/d,0.18 kg/d,14 kg/d、0.12 kg/d,0.13 kg/d,0.15 kg/d,0.2 kg/d in turn.2.Based on the investigation,It showed that the total amount of livestock and poultry manure resources in Yuncheng County increased slightly from 2016 to 2019,increasing2.6381 million t in 2019 from 2.475 million t in 2016,increasing by 6.6%..The amount of pig manure,cow dung,sheep manure and chicken manure resources ranked the top four of the total livestock and poultry manure resources.The amount of livestock and poultry manure was basically stable,and the amount of livestock and poultry manure increased rapidly.3.In natural habitat,the number of larvae of Potosia brevitarsis is sheep dung,pig dung,cow dung,chicken dung and rabbit dung from high to low.Potosia brevitarsis larvae are rarely found in duck dung and goose dung.4.The feeding air temperature and feed base humidity had effects on the transformation of five fecal pollutants by the 3rd instar larvae of Potosia brevitarsis.When the temperature was 25 ℃ and the feed base humidity was 55%,the feeding amount of cow dung feed base was the highest,up to 115.47g;When the temperature was 27 ℃ and the humidity was 50%,the 3rd Potosia brevitarsis had advantages in cumulative food intake,cumulative fecal outp ut and cumulative weight gain when transforming five feed bases.5.Under conditions of 21℃~29℃ in temperature and 40~60% humidity,it’s to transf orm 5 species of animal manure from Potosia brevitarsis transformed into 5 kinds of animal manure.It’s showed based on the experiement that chicken manure: pig manure =1:1 feed b ase has accumulated the highest amount of food,up to 103.28 g;cow dung feed base cumul ative excrement is the highest,up to 96.15 g;pig manure feed base cumulative weight increa se is the highest,up to 1.99 g;and chicken manure feed base mortality is the lowest.The fee d utilization ratio of chicken manure: pig manure =1:1 was the highest,reaching 51.64%;th e conversion rate of pig manure feed was the highest,reaching 24.96%;the conversion rate of cow dung feed was the highest,reaching 96.05%;cow dung: corn stalk =1:1 feed base ha d the highest approximate digestibility,reaching 24.86%.6.There were some differences in the content of main nutritional components of Potosi a brevitarsis fed with five fermented feed bases.The total amount of nitrogen,phosphorus a nd potassium was 6.05% ~ 6.23%,and the content of organic matter was 21.86% ~ 28.64%.At the same time,the ratio of protein content to fat content was much higher than 2. |
