Ship fire accidents are one of the most common types of ship disasters.Compared with other accidents,fire accidents are more likely to occur,and the conditions for occurrence are relatively easy,but the harm it causes should not be underestimated.According to relevant statistics,about 15% of marine accidents are caused by fire,which are difficult to fight,with large fire losses,easy to cause casualties and secondary disasters.Internationally,with the frequent occurrence of ship fire accidents,ship fire rescue has also received the attention of more and more countries in the world.The core of fire rescue lies in how to dispatch firefighters,so as to maximize the rescue effect and minimize the loss caused by it.Therefore,the key to solving ship fire accidents lies in how to achieve the best assignment of ship fire emergency rescue.This thesis researched and independently developed ship fire emergency rescue assignment methods and software,and carried out calculation and testing of typical cases.A complete ship fire emergency rescue assignment system was established to design and optimize ship fire rescue plans in the future.Provide a certain reference basis.Then,the dispatch model of ship fire emergency rescue personnel is proposed.This part of the model includes three parts:(1)the ship fire rescuer demand model,(2)the rescuer’s shortest rescue time interval calculation model,and(3)the rescuer’s optimal dispatch model.The first part will propose a model of ship fire rescue personnel requirements based on the ISU Law and the relevant regulations in NFPA 301.Reasonably analyze the fire-fighting water flow required to extinguish the fire in the ship’s cabin,and give a plan for the number of firefighters.This model is used to evaluate fires and thus determine the number of firefighters.The second part will calculate the shortest rescue time of firefighters from the cabin to the fire point based on the Dijkstra algorithm based on the ship’s nodal processing and the personnel speed model proposed by the IMO;the third part will be based on the aforementioned basis,Based on the Hungarian algorithm to plan the firefighting personnel dispatching plan.Then,based on the ship fire emergency rescue personnel scheduling model as the theoretical basis,two complete ship fire emergency rescue personnel scheduling model programs are formed,so as to realize the optimal personnel scheduling plan and optimize the rescue path,and make each rescuer pass The quickest rescue path for rescue,so that the overall satisfaction of the rescue is the best.Then,based on the interface of QT programming software,complete the development of ship fire emergency rescue assignment software.At the same time,through the introduction of the software framework diagram and related functional modules,a complete introduction of the software development process.And introduce the use process of the software in the form of pictures and texts.Finally,taking a certain type of ship as the research object,use ship fire emergency rescue assignment software to calculate the optimal rescue plan for single-point and multi-point fires.According to relevant specifications,based on C# language and QT software,this thesis designs a ship fire repairable personnel dispatching software that can calculate the optimal rescue plan,which has a certain engineering practical value.
