| With the rapid development of the shipping industry,ship fire is still one of the main threats to marine safety.In the years of ship accidents,the economic loss caused by fire accident accounts for about 11 percent.The possibility of ship fire is high,the fighting is difficult,the spreading speed is fast,once the fire will cause a lot of economic losses and seriously threaten the life safety of personnel.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the spread law of ship fire smoke and the variation of temperature visibility CO concentration and CO2 concentration to control the spread of fire,formulate fire control policies and plan personnel evacuation,and accelerate the research of ship fire safety design.This paper takes yukun as the research object and establishes the whole ship’s physical model.FDS simulation software is used to study the smoke flow pattern and the variation of hazard parameters in ship cabin fire.The escape behavior and available evacuation time of personnel based on Pathfinder software are studied as follows:Firstly,the large eddy simulation method for solving the turbulence problem is adopted,and FDS software is used to simulate the cabin fire.According to the type of fire source and the ship’s structure,four different fire conditions are designed and the heat release rate of the fire source in each condition is determined.Smokeview was used to convert the data into 3D images to observe the dynamic effect of smoke spread,and then the flow of smoke was further analyzed in detail according to the slice cloud map.At last,the critical value of escape time of each deck stairway or safety exit is calculated from four aspects of temperature visibility CO,CO2 by analyzing the data of each measurement point.Secondly,on the platform of Pathfinder,the social force model proposed by Helbing.was used to simulate the escape movement of people in ship fire.According to the critical time obtained from the simulation of four fire conditions,the safety gate closing time is set,the evacuation dynamic of personnel is analyzed,and the danger of evacuation simulation under four fire conditions is compared from the evacuation time and the number of people evacuated.Summarize the safety of evacuation under various working conditions,take fire safety measures,and put forward relevant Suggestions to strengthen personnel evacuation training.Finally,based on fire condition,the paper makes a further detailed study,and takes yukun’s walking deck as the research object to further discuss the influence of the closing and opening of the door on the smoke flow and whether there is a smoke exhaust system on the smoke flow in the fire development process. |
