Ship safety accidents have occurred frequently in recent years,and The IMO and several classification societies have paid more attention to ship safety.This article is based on the IMO’s guidance and assessment methods for the evacuation of ship personnel,and through research and analysis in the areas of ship evacuation capacity assessment,path optimization algorithms for common conditions,and path optimization algorithms for ship personnel.A traversal solution for all available evacuation routes of ship personnel is proposed,and the evacuation time calculated according to the MSC.1/Circ.1533 solution requirements is used as an evaluation reference.The optimal evacuation route program for ship personnel is obtained through evaluation and analysis.The main research contents of this article are as follows:First of all,based on the MSC.1/Circ.1533 guidelines issued by the International Maritime Organization’s Maritime Safety Committee,the calculation requirements for the evacuation time of ship personnel,the mathematical formula evolved to obtain a solution method for the evacuation time of ship personnel,and the evacuation time of ship personnel during evacuation The numerical definition is made,and the static variable superposition analysis of the personnel is used to define the multivariate linear function for the intermediate variables of the two types of evacuation time of the human flow rate and the calculated flow rate.The method of solving the evacuation time of the ship’s personnel is given.Besides,Based on the fire safety engineering guidance document in the national standard,the analysis and research of the evacuation time of ship personnel in the fire environment are defined,and the calculation method of the detection and alarm time and the evacuation time in the room in the fire occurrence area is defined;Precise mathematical model,introducing the path equivalent distance in the fire environment to weigh other factors in the fire,such as:the influence of smoke factors,the influence of obstacles,the influence of slope,etc.;the evacuation time of ship personnel in the fire environment Solution methodIn addition,based on the analysis and research of the path optimization algorithm principle,the algorithm Dijkstra is mainly used;then,the Dijkstra algorithm is optimized using the retrospective method for deep recursive thinking in combination with the method of solving the evacuation time of people in a fire environment,and the emergency escape of ship personnel in a fire environment is obtained Optimize the algorithm and compile it with Matlab,including:shortest path algorithm,path traversal algorithm,velocity flow calculation algorithm and evacuation time calculation algorithmAt last,based on realistic evacuation conditions and graph theory,a key element in the input parameters of the path optimization algorithm—nodes was proposed,and the definition and optimization methods for nodes in the evacuation area were proposed.Through the algorithm for evacuating people in a fire environment,the semi-submersible living platform was optimized.In the middle part of the cabin crew,the emergency escape route was optimized in the fire environment,and the evacuation time was used as an evaluation element to obtain the optimal evacuation plan.Finally,Pathfinder software was used to simulate the emergency escape of the cabin crew in the semi-submersible platform.And the simulation of the optional path plan obtained by the path optimization algorithm is carried out,and the time impact factor is obtained for evaluation and analysis.
