| With the continuous development of waste classification at the source in China, the existing mixed waste collection and transportation system has gradually failed to adapt to new development needs, especially the sharp increase in emerging waste such as bulky waste, garden waste and decoration waste, which has made this contradiction increasingly prominent. At the same time, after kitchen waste, which accounts for a large proportion of traditional solid waste,is classified and transported, traditional solid waste transfer facilities only need to transfer recyclables and residual waste, which is faced with a serious problem of excess transfer capacity. Therefore, the establishment of a waste classification collection and transportation system is imminent, and it is very necessary to study the layout reconstruction of waste transport facilities under the classification system. In this paper, the status of solid and foreign waste classification and collection system is summarized.According to the specific situation of waste classification collection and transportation in most Chinese cities, this paper establishes the network structure of waste classification collection and transportation system. This paper analyzes the waste that needs to be transferred, clarifies the realistic needs of the layout reconstruction of the waste collection and transportation system, and the strong conditions of excess capacity of traditional solid waste transfer stations. The research on the layout reconstruction of waste transfer facilities should mainly focus on the layout of bulky waste collection and distribution facilities. This paper uses the method of preference selection before decision-making to solve the multi-objective location problem of large waste collection and distribution points.By analyzing the influencing factors affecting the location of bulky waste collection and distribution points,AHP and expert scoring methods are used to assign corresponding weights to economic, environmental and social goals. The economic objective is to minimize the cost of land, facilities, equipment, distribution points operation and transportation. The environmental goal is to minimize the environmental pollution control cost caused by bulky waste collection and transportation. The social goal is to minimize the negative emotions caused by residents towards the bulky waste collection points and transportation process. The multi-objective optimization model of bulky waste collection and distribution points selection is established to optimize the comprehensive benefits of the system.According to each objective weight, the multi-objective model is transformed into a single-objective model.Taking Haikou city as an example, the tabu search algorithm is used to solve the problem. The model respectively successfully selected 3 solid waste transfer stations in the four districts under the jurisdiction of Haikou city to be converted into bulky waste collection and distribution points.By analyzing the results of the point selection and its influencing factors,it is concluded that the factor that has a greater impact on the overall target value of the system is the distance of bulky waste transportation. |
