In this paper,the preparation and modification of polyisobutylene-based hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive(PIB-HMPSA)were studied.First,modify the matrix high molecular weight polyisobutylene(PIB B50)with methyl vinyl silicone rubber(VMQ)and explore the modification principle;The surface modification of sepiolite filler was used to explore the effect of sepiolite on PIB-HMPSA performance.First,useing VMQ to modify PIB B50 to study its structural changes and performance characteristics.The research shows that the blending system with a blending temperature of180 ° C and a time of 40 min has a two-phase structure,partially compatible at the interface,and the two components of the system exhibit an obvious bi-continuous interpenetrating network structure.When the VMQ content is 30%,the storage modulus(G ′)is the largest and increases with the increase of frequency,and the growth trend slows down at the highfrequency end;the loss modulus(G ″)is the largest and increases with the frequency first Decrease.In the low frequency region,the tanδ value decreases with the increase of the VMQ content,and the processing performance of the blended material is improved;in the high frequency region,the tanδ value increases with the increase of the VMQ,the processing performance decreases;after blending modification,The air permeability of the matrix is improved.Secondly,using VMQ modified PIB B50 as the matrix(VPIB),to explore the effect of different ratios of low molecular weight polyisobutylene(PIB V1500)on the adhesion properties of PIB-HMPSA.The results show that the initial viscosity increases with the increase of PIB V1500;when PIB V1500 is at 50 parts,its phase structure is more perfect;when it exceeds 75 parts,the continuity of the structure tends to weaken.When PIB V1500 reaches 50 parts,the peel strength is the largest,and then it shows a downward trend;the adhesive properties of the resulting hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive reach a balance.Then,the sepiolite was purified by acid activation method,and the sepiolite was organically modified by 1231,and the dispersibility of the modified sepiolite in PIB-HMPSA was discussed.The results show that: 1mol / L hydrochloric acid solution can purify the sepiolite raw ore powder,which can effectively remove impurities and ensure that the original structure of sepiolite remains unchanged while it is more refined;using 1231 for organic modification can successfully dodecyl Grafted onto the surface of sepiolite,and made it well dispersed in PIB-HMPSA,and at the same time a PIB-HMPSA with better performance was obtained.Finally,using organically modified sepiolite to modify PIB-HMPSA,the effect of sepiolite on PIB-HMPSA was discussed.The results show that: in the whole dynamic scanning interval,the G ′ and G ″ of all samples increase with the increase of the angular frequency.In the low frequency region,the variation law of G ′ and G ″ values has certain differences;The change in the area is consistent,the G ′ and G ″ are the largest when the content of organically modified sepiolite is 1%;the complex viscosity decreases with increasing frequency,and the change trend of organically modified sepiolite(1% and 1.5%)is the slowest,Indicating that its structure is more stable;tan δ is greater than 1,indicating that a peelable hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is obtained and the viscosity is dominant;in the high-frequency region,1.5% organic modified sepiolite content of the rubber sample processing performance Better;when the content of organically modified sepiolite filler is2%,the colloid structure is destroyed;the initial viscosity and peel strength increase first and then decrease with the increase of the content of organically modified sepiolite,the content is 1% When the comprehensive mechanical properties are the best. |
