| Since the reform and opening up,with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,China’s economic development has made excellent achievements,but behind the achievements,the problem of atmospheric environmental pollution has gradually become prominent.As the most economically developed city cluster in northern China,air pollution has become the most prominent environmental problem in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Since the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region launched joint prevention and control in 2013,the regional atmospheric environment has been significantly improved,but extreme weather and severe smog still exist in some cities,posing a serious threat to people’s health.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to clarify the influencing factors of air pollution in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and find effective control measures.In beijing-tianjin-hebei region as the research object,this paper explore the beijing-tianjin-hebei region in 2009-2019 air quality index(AQI)change trend,exploratory spatial data analysis(ESDA)to investigate the atmospheric pollution of the environment,the space-time characteristics by principal component analysis(PCA)to clarify the main factors influencing the beijing-tianjin-hebei atmospheric pollution of the environment,and build a system dynamics model,Discusses the optimal policy combination from the coupling perspective of four subsystems: economy,society,energy and atmospheric environment.The results show that the air pollution in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region presents a wavy change pattern,and Hebei Province is the weak spot in air pollution control.The air quality index(AQI)in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region showed a significant positive spatial autocorrelation.The analysis of Moran’s I index showed that the air pollution in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region showed a "polarization" phenomenon,which mainly included the low value areas represented by Beijing and Tianjin and the high value areas represented by Baoding and Langfang.Principal component analysis results show that the per capita GDP and atmospheric pollution has significant negative correlation of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region,economic growth and the relationship of atmospheric environment has knee point right lies in counts,blocking effect of atmospheric pollution control of industrial structure,the second industry high proportion is still a problem to be solved,the urbanization level of atmospheric environment play a positive role in promoting,Urban development connotation is optimized,energy intensity to promote the effects of air pollution,energy consumption of the structural problems still outstanding,open degree of atmospheric pollution in positive role in promoting and "pollution halo" effect was verified,environmental regulation to promote the effects of air pollution,beijing-tianjin-hebei is still mainly type strict environmental regulation;Scenario simulation results show that the situation of air pollution in the medium-high-to improve to achieve the optimal state,according to the simulation results put forward the corresponding countermeasures,including security,high quality and economic development as a whole economy and atmospheric environment construction,adjust the industrial structure,optimize the allocation of resources,improve energy utilization efficiency,realize the coal consumption of negative growth,improve the level of urban management,Coordinating the development of connotation and extension,accelerating the speed of technological progress,increasing the degree of urban openness,reducing the intensity of environmental regulation,and improving the subjective initiative of the masses. |
