As the main source of energy,electric energy is closely related to the economic development of the whole society and the life of the people.But because of the rapid development of family workshop production mode,people in order to save production costs,there is a fluke mentality,accommodation,production,management and other functions are mixed together at the same time,this kind of place is small,low cost,flexible management mode,but the fire hazard is very prominent: buildings are out of repair,wire insulation aging seriously,production and living equipment power is high,easy to fire.Therefore,it is of great social significance to study reliable and effective electrical fire warning system.Aiming at the present situation of electrical fire in three-in-one place,this paper designs an electrical fire warning system of three-in-one place by using Internet of things technology and non-intrusive monitoring scheme.The system consists of three parts:electrical fire monitoring terminal,electrical fire monitoring platform and client.This paper introduces the technical background,module design and function test of the system.The main contents and results are as follows:(1)In combination with the characteristics that infrared sensors can measure the surface temperature of the object quickly and accurately according to the infrared radiation energy of the object under test,this paper adopts infrared sensors,visible light sensors and electromagnetic induction devices to design the wire insulation aging detection module.(2)This paper sets up an AC series fault arc experiment platform according to the national standard GB/T 31143-2014 and extracts the Fourier transform,wavelet transform and EMD decomposition of the load current.Then the fault arc detection module based on multi-feature fusion based on STM32 microcontroller is designed according to the trained neural network recognizer.The results show that the fault arc detection algorithm based on multi-feature fusion is more accurate than the traditional wavelet analysis,spectrum analysis and time domain analysis.(3)Based on the design of the relevant algorithms,the electric fire monitoring system is designed by using sensor modules such as current sensor,power sensor and residual current transformer to realize the classification and identification of electrical fire hazards such as metal short circuit,fault arc,current overload,leakage and insulation aging.Compared with the traditional residual current type and temperature type electrical fire monitoring detector,the system can identify more types of electrical fire hazards and greatly reduce the occurrence of electrical fire accidents.(4)After completing the hardware and software design of each module of the system,this paper designs the electric fire cloud monitoring platform by using the front and rear end separation technology,and carries on the function test to the insulation aging detection module,the fault arc detection module and the cloud monitoring platform,and has carried on the actual function verification in Zhejiang Zhongchen Group Co.,Ltd.The test results show that each module of the electrical fire warning system designed in this paper works normally,which can realize the classification,identification,location and early warning of electrical fire hidden dangers such as metal short circuit,fault arc,current overload,leakage and insulation aging in the area,which is of great significance for the prevention of fire in three-in-one places.
