Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Environmental Regulation Grid In G District Of N City

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the ecological civilization system,the public’s attention to the environment has been increasing,the requirements for environmental quality have been increasing,and the desire to participate in environmental governance has also been rising,especially the government departments to fulfill the environmental protection responsibilities have become increasingly high.It is urgent to solve the problem of which regulation means the government should adopt to achieve effective regulation of the environment.As a new governance mode,grid management has broken the traditional situation of "division and governance by departments" and improved the national governance capacity and level.It has broken the ice in urban management,risk prevention and control,grass-roots governance and other fields and achieved good results.Around 2015,hierarchical and grid management began to roll out in the field of environmental regulation,helping to solve problems such as inadequate environmental regulation and regulatory dead ends.Based on this,this article in N city G area as a case,the study of environmental monitoring grid reform,based on the theory of synergy theory,technological innovation theory,using the methods of literature research,interview method,analyzed the N city G area environmental monitoring grid reform present situation,problems and reasons,and puts forward some countermeasures.The research results of this paper show that: since the implementation of grid environmental supervision in G District of N City,some achievements have been made in the aspects of system mechanism,supervision and assessment,and environmental effects.However,due to multiple reasons such as unreasonable grid division and insufficient information participation in governance,the grid implementation of environmental supervision in G District of N City was not thorough enough and the expected effect failed to be achieved.At the same time,this study also learned from Beijing,Chengdu,Meishan environmental supervision grid advanced practices.Combined with the opportunities brought by the current adjustment and reform of township administrative divisions and the in-depth development of informatization,we will focus on the scientific grid division and the application of "Internet + governance" mode to continuously improve the grid governance level of environmental supervision in G District,N City.
