| With the advancement of ecological civilization construction and the toilet revolution,the quality of people’s living environment has gradually improved.Among them,the ambient air quality of public toilets has attracted people’s attention.The standard for evaluating ambient air quality is the concentration of harmful gases and particulate matter in the air.The malodorous gas produced in public toilets contains more complex and diverse components,and the generation of pollutants cannot be completely eliminated from the source.Only by purifying the air can the malodorous gas be eliminated.Among them,the purification efficiency and the movement state of the flow field are important factors affecting air purification technology.In this context,this paper carries out the structural design of the air purification device,and at the same time carries out simulation analysis and experimental demonstration of its working state.For the analysis and test of air purification technology,this article proposes a new combination of purification modules,which combines primary filtration,activated carbon pre-filtration technology,and photocatalytic reaction technology to adsorb and degrade pollutants in the air,and at the same time has low consumption and no The characteristics of pollution and reusability.Through the analysis of the purification principle of the purification module,the corresponding test is designed to analyze the purification ability of the filter material.The resistance characteristics of the filter material are tested and analyzed,and the structure is optimized.Perform simulation analysis through Fluent software,analyze the internal flow field state and purification efficiency of the prototype model,select the best prototype model,and analyze the best working state of the system through the flow field characteristics and purification efficiency.The simulation results show that the shape and size of the inlet and outlet of the air purification device affect the state of the internal flow field and purification efficiency,and the temperature and air intake affect the internal velocity field and purification efficiency of the system.A test platform was built to carry out the adsorption test of the dynamic characteristics,and the simulation and the test were compared.The results showed that the simulation and the test results were basically in agreement.In view of the simulation and test process,the air purification device and filter are designed for the structure,and relevant suggestions and improvement measures are put forward.The adsorption test of other gaseous pollutants has shown that the purification effect of the air purification device is good and can meet the design requirements.The research direction in this paper provides theoretical support for the structural design optimization of the purifier,and provides a basis for analyzing the purification efficiency of the purifier. |
