With the accelerated demand for mineral resources,more and more metal and non-metal mining companies have entered or are about to enter deep mine mining.Deep mine mining generally faces problems such as insufficient air volume,underground high temperature and high ventilation cost.In order to alleviate the common problems of ventilation system in deep mine mining,the following research has been carried out.(1)The application of controllable circulation ventilation technology in deep wells is proposed,and the characteristics of the controllable circulation ventilation system are analyzed.First,analyze the controllable circulation ventilation technology from the aspects of controllable circulation ventilation principle,controllable circulation ventilation process analysis,determination of main ventilation parameters,etc.;secondly,analyze the deep well air purification technology from the application scope of each purification method and its advantages and disadvantages.Analysis and optimization are carried out;finally,the feasibility of the application of controllable circulation ventilation technology in deep wells is analyzed and demonstrated.(2)Designed a controllable circulation ventilation system based on the comprehensive purification technology of large air flow.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the ventilation system in Chengde Copper Mine,a comprehensive purification scheme for large air currents was designed:(1)Make full use of the self-purification effect of the large goaf and waste roadways,and introduce a compound chemical dust suppressant to purify the mine dust;(2)Establish a water bath silk carbon purification system to purify the main toxic and harmful gases in the mine;(3)Using photocatalyst purification technology to purify the volatile toxic and harmful substances in the mine,and deodorize and sterilize;(4)Supply with monitoring linkage technology and timing blasting Pollution management measures can ensure that the controllable circulation ventilation technology is better realized.The controllable circulation ventilation system of Chengde Copper Mine has been calculated and designed from the aspects of circulation area,circulation air duct,circulation ventilation system parameters,circulation air volume,circulation fan,circulation system monitoring and control system targets and so on.(3)The controllable circulation ventilation system based on the comprehensive purification technology of large air flow was applied to Chengde Copper Mine,and threedimensional ventilation simulation and application effect evaluation were carried out:(1)Ventsim software was used to conduct ventilation simulation and calculation of the current ventilation situation of Chengde Copper Mine;(2)Design the layout plan of the controllable circulation ventilation system of Chengde Copper Mine,carry out practical application in the mine and carry out three-dimensional ventilation simulation,and compare and analyze the air flow simulation and thermal simulation data before and after the application of the system;(3)Apply the system to the main air points Measure the air volume and temperature before and after,and compare and analyze them;(4)Use the comparative weighted comprehensive scale index model to evaluate the safety level of circulating air quality;(5)Contrast analysis of ventilation energy consumption for traditional ventilation methods and controllable circulating ventilation methods.The results show that the application of a controllable circulating ventilation system can increase the effective air volume in the mine.The circulating air volume accounts for about 37.15% of the total air volume.The circulating air quality safety level belongs to level II,which meets the requirements of mine safety technical regulations,effectively improving the problem of high temperature in deep shafts and reducing Ventilation energy consumption.Therefore,the controllable circulation ventilation system based on the comprehensive purification technology of large air flow can better achieve the goals of purification and dust reduction,increase in air temperature,energy saving and consumption reduction,and greatly improve the climatic conditions of the mine and the underground operation environment,which is an economical and reasonable solution.The method of insufficient ventilation has good economic benefits and development prospects.
