| Timely and effective industrial fire emergency response that is composed of a series of emergency response actions is of vital importance to recover as many fire losses as possible after a fire occurs.Because industrial fires often involve various chemical substances,some emergency operations may need to use some special emergency resources.For example,an oil fire needs foam solution and fire trucks need to use fire hydrants,etc.The different use modes of emergency resources will make emergency operations and emergency resources that different interactions are formed between them.It is precisely because of the existence of this interaction.Once in the emergency response process,there are constraints on emergency resources,such as temporary shortage of resources and resource use conflicts,etc.,that will lead to the fluency of the entire emergency response.At this time,the ignition tank will continue to burn and release heat to other adjacent storage tanks.The protective layer of the tank wall will fail under the continuous heat and the domino effect will occur.In order to improve the success rate of emergency response,this paper proposes a new method for the performance of industrial fire emergency response under resource constraints based on Petri nets.the specific content is as follows:(1)Through the description,analysis,summary and induction of the characteristics of the industrial fire emergency response process,it is proposed that the industrial fire emergency response process is a mixed process with both discrete and continuous behaviors,and pointed out that the industrial fire emergency response process can be simplified into five main links and states.After summarizing the characteristics of emergency response process,a Petri net model suitable for modeling the process was proposed.(2)Regarding the problem of the high uncertainty of the number of fire trucks and the time when they arrive at the fire scene in the process of allocating fire trucks,and the problem of short-term resource constraints caused by the shortage of resources,an emergency resource allocation model based on the priority of emergency actions is proposed.The right to obtain resources for a series of emergency actions has been divided into levels.Emergency actions with high levels will be assigned emergency resources first.Experiments have verified the influence of the action priority mode on the possibility of domino effect in the emergency response process.(3)For emergency action conflicts caused by the shared use of reusable emergency resources in the fire extinguishing process,based on the study of the interactive mode of emergency resources and emergency actions at this stage,two relational modes for serial execution of emergency operations and one relational mode for parallel execution are proposed.For the models that may cause resource conflicts,the queue method is used to avoid conflicts.Then,on this basis,the influence of the sensitivity among fire trucks,fire hydrants and thermal radiation values on the success rate of emergency response is discussed. |
