Petrochemical industry is a pillar industry of the national economy, which brings great energy and economic profits to the people. However, petrochemical industry is also a serious source of pollution, while they also bring benefits to people. And,the storage tank is one of the most commonly used production devices and one of the most unorganized emission sources in petrochemical enterprises.Source accounting and quantitative research on the fugitive emissions VOCs from petrochemical enterprise tank, does have a key role in protecting the environment and creating a good living environment of the atmospheric environment, and,it has great significance for petrochemical enterprises to check emissions, control emissions of petrochemical enterprises, determine health protection distance, protect people's life and protect the ecological environment from being infringed. This paper is aimed at the fugitive emission of VOCs in the petrochemical tank, realizing the application and development of remote sensing Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),combining the remote sensing FTIR technology with an inverse-dispersion calculation method, fully utilizing the advantages of remote sensing Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and inverse-dispersion calculation method, establishing a source inversion method based on Gauss diffusion model with both advantages, and the simulation experiments and tracer experiments are also carried out to verify the experimental research. Finally, the practical application is realized in the petrochemical tank area.Research shows:(1)Dominant wind direction, wind speed, atmospheric stability, monitoring distance and monitoring time are all important sensitive parameters that affect the accurate prediction of source inversion models;(2)For the 200 thousand vertical tank area, comparing the VOCs of the receptor point and the background point in the monitoring period,it was found that there were also obvious differences in the chemical composition of the pollutants, not only in the concentration. The contribution of the receptor concentration VOCs,which was deducted from the background concentration, was the contribution of the 200 thousand vertical tank area, and the VOCs emission composition spectrum of 200 thousand vertical tank areas was obtained.(3)The source inversion is carried out to the 6 groups of experiments by an inverse-dispersion calculation method, and it is determined that the unorganized emission of VOCs in the 200 thousand vertical tank area is about 12.80 t/y.Through the analysis of "A guide to the investigation of VOCs pollution sources in petrochemical enterprises" method and source inversion results,a comparative analysis is made. The results show that the result of source inversion is higher than the method of another, this may be related to the inapplicability of the working guide, and the on-site monitoring of source strong inversion in sunny days, without considering the low temperature at night.
